Great and positive reaction to my query. Very impressed.

I'm retired, I spend plenty of time playing games on Arkadium. I really like their wordle-equivalent Hurdle. I also like the scrabble game and a few others.
Occasionally, I've had problems with the site and their customer support has been very helpful and responsive.
It is inexpensive to subscribe for no ads and well worth it.

Arkadium support staff is fast, efficient and gets the job done. Best responses I have ever gotten from a game app. Love them

As a Wordle addict, I was thrilled to find the Hurdle game brought to you by Arkadium. Recently though I was having a problem accessing the game through their website. I sent a message to the developer, totally expecting to be ignored which has been my experience with other developers. However I received a fantastic and quick response and by discussing what I was experiencing and what I was doing, they gave me a quick fix and then followed up a day or two later saying that they had made changes that fixed the original problem. Great customer service does exist!

I was stuck on a very hard level for the longest time. I already used up all my boosts so I couldn't do anything to help me pass it. When I reached out to the team they responded right away. They suggested I watch some ads to earn coins. The problem was I did not have the ad icon. I sent them some screenshots and they did something to help me pass the level. They will continue to look into why I'm missing the icon for ads.

Arkadium staff always act fast to help with any difficulties I've had with the site. Greatly appreciate how kind, polite and helpful they have been. Olga was the latest person to assist. Makes playing the crossword puzzle a relaxing part of the day.

I was surprised with the level of support I got from Arkadium when I reached out for help. They quickly replied to me and even sent me another email when I hadn't responded in a few days. Despite my obvious lack of tech skills, the person/people helping me were very patient and ultimately got me the answer I was looking for.

Rodrigo stuck right with me from start to finish to get me back on track, so I can enjoy doing my crossword puzzles each evening.

Ive bought 5000 gems from them, but they didn't deliver any money! I've tried contacting support, but they don't answer. This company scammed me.

Arkadium has the best games. A huge variety to choose from & the support team has been there to answer my questions quickly. They really listen, not just a bot answer. Large gaming boards, ease of maneuvering around the site. What more could you ask for.

Arkadium Games has instantaneous customer support. I was having trouble getting past my ad blocker, working together we were able to resolve the issue. I have been a Arkadium Games player since 2022.

I was having trouble canceling my next payment on a game that I no longer play. Experience has shown that support emails seldom get a response but I tried it. Surprise! I received a message in less than 24 hours and my problem was solved! A real person contacted me!!

The team are really receptive. They seem more than happy to help you. They have a quick response and keep you informed on their progress or solving of the problem. They are easy to work with and I am pleased. If you find it happened again, they go back to the problem.

Whatever you did apparently it was temporary. The game score is back to showing my highest score only!

Their representative, Rodrigo, tried every way possible for me to find the ad blocker that was keeping me from playing games on Arkadium. I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income and can't afford to subscribe to all the places that want me to, so Arkadium was my go-to place for things to occupy my mind and time...it really became a habit and now I've discovered what was causing the problem with Rodrigo's help.
