Ticketing system - over complex and designed without adequate input from fans. Frankly, the whole membership scheme had become a rip off:
1. You effectively pay for “right m” to enter ballot for ticket.
2. Chances of getting a ticket in ballot are not clear.
3. Cannot even specify what price category you are prepared to pay in the ballot (it really isn’t that hard - Lords and the Oval have run ballots for international fixtures for years, and I don’t know of another premier league club with such a system)
4. Can no longer specify where you want to sit. Why not have a ballot that at least allows you to specify three areas in priority order - can you computer system not cope with that?
5. Adding fees to ticket prices is just a rip off - especially when the system is so poor.
6. Can’t even transfer tickets to friends and family unless one is a gold/season ticket member. For those of us who have been going with friends or family for years this may be the final straw.
I guess when the team is doing well and demand outstrips supply the club doesn’t care, but if this situation changes (as it will do at some point), the club will need to change tune quickly…so why not do the right thing by loyal fans and do it now?

Websie experience was absolutely atrocious. All I wanted to do was buy a shirt and deliver to a colleague as a gift. You can't just order as a guess you need an account. The it takes you to amazon pay because you can't just pay buy card wilhich resets your amazon accounts. Then, after going through these hurdles it crashed mid payment and failed but still sent a payment check fee to my account of £1 so now I don't know if I'm.going to be charged or not. Finally, when I tried to call.up, its a staff training day so I'm sat wondering what on earth is going on. An absolutely shocking experience that left me deeply annoyed.

The adidas gear is better quality than the puma stuff tbf! Happy with the orders but surely we should be with Dri-fit again.

After experiencing technical Issues with Arsenals ticket exchange service, I rang up the box office and was assisted by Chris, After investigating the technical Issue I was experiencing with ticket exchange, (I had spent 4 hours constantly refreshing the ticket exchange page in hope of a ticket and when one finally came up I couldn’t purchase a ticket)

Chris was extremely helpful and sympathized with me over the technical issue I was experiencing
And was able to book me tickets over the phone. Chris is honestly a real credit to Arsenal football club and replicates what true customer service Is!!!

Said 3-5 working days for order to be delivered. Took almost 3 and half weeks. Shocking service

Ordered several shirts over the last couple of years - perfect.

No female goalkeeper shirts so ordered large, as per advice on the website that they come to large, but returned it and replaced with a medium.

They refused the return because it was ‘personalised’ with the goalkeepers name and number. Now my daughter has two overpriced shirts, one of which doesn’t fit.

Feel scammed by small print and will probably avoid buying direct from Arsenal again.

Went to the NLD today and was a disgusting filthy stadium would not recommend

My Arsenal Heritage Hospitality tickets disappointment

My son has been an Arsenal since the age of 10. For years I promised to go with him to an Arsenal match in the UK but it never materialised. Last year my son turned 40 and i decided to surprise him with the Arsenal home game against Man City. I didn’t really know where exactly I can buy tickets for the game but I found that they offer an  variety of expensive Hospitality tickets on the Arsenal website ranging from £500 to £1800. As this was long overdue I decided to spoil my son and despite the super expensive price I decided to go for the best and most expensive and purchased 2 x £1800 (£3600 in total) Heritage Hospitality Tickets to this match, for both of us… just father and son once in a lifetime experience. The game was originally scheduled for a date in October 2022 but postponed due to the passing of the queen. Eventually the game was scheduled for 15 February 2023 and we hopped on the plane from Johannesburg South Africa, super excited to watch match of the season between the top 2 teams in the English Premier League.

To cut a long story short we were super disappointed with the outcome of these super expensive tickets of the Heritage Hospitality experience at the Emirates Stadium. To be brutally honest I didn’t read the small print of what exactly this package offered but when one pays nearly four time the price of the basic hospitality package it would be reasonable to expect significantly more than an average meal and bad seat for the match. We indeed received a 5 course meal and 2 seats to the game. The 5 course meal was fair (had better) was served in a dining room with 100 other season ticket holders,  they drew alcoholic drink but we don’t drink so Diet Coke was the entire perk here… the seats were terrible for the prices we paid - far away from the pitch and not even close to the middle (somewhere between the goal line and middle line). Ah and I nearly forgot Ray Parlour (ex Arsenal Player from the 90s) came by to shake my son’s hand just before we were about to leave after the match . And one last thing there was a magician as well who was supposed to entertain the people in the dining room. The dining room didn’t even offer a private toilet and we needed to stand in the queue at half time for 25 minutes missing the first 10 minutes of the second half. An absolute insult to our intelligence and totally disrespectful to us as guests who travel far distance and a paid a fortune for this trip with a totally different expectation. If one looks carefully at the details of the package they basically provided what the small print stipulated but for £1800 a ticket they could have done a hell of a lot better to make this a once in a lifetime experience. For example … 1) a stadium tour a few hours before the match 2) a visit to the dressing room well before the match 3) take us and allow us to stand next to the players when they enter the pitch  4) give us an arsenal t-shirt and/or a scarf 5) offer us a visit to the Arsenal museum 6) invite us to an Arsenal training session the day before the match … none of the above would have been a major expense to the club but would have turned this to an experience worth £1800. What we got for £1800 was appalling - an average meal and bad seats. This is an absolute disgrace and poor reflection on one of the top soccer clubs in the world. we came all the way from South Africa for once in a lifetime experience and we both felt that we were conned.

I spoke to the lady in charge of hospitality during the match as well Bobby (who was my contact regarding the hospitality package) the day after the match and they both were hardly apologetic about this poor delivery for such expensive tickets, nor they made the smallest effort to make good. This would have never happened in America not even in South Africa.

So all I am trying to achieve with this post is to make sure that no other suckers in this world falls in the this hospitality trap of buying the £1800 heritage hospitality tickets (or any other hospitality package for the that matter) and expect a super experience - you ain’t going to get it - ALL YOU ARE GETTING IS AN AVERAGE MEAL AND BAD SEATING AWAY FROM THE PITCH - don’t fall for it. Buy normal tickets rather and eat anywhere for a fraction of the price. A lifetime experience you are not getting.

If no one buys ever again an hospitality ticket to an Arsenal match I will be super happy as to the outcome of this post

Arsenal ticket portal has got so much better this year. Less crashes and a much easier experience to transfer tickets. I have seen massive improvements this year on the site. Thanks and keep it up

Ordered my daughter one Arsenal home shirt. Checked statement and they charged me twice. Can I get through on customer service ? Not a chance. Appalling service. Emails not responded to and nowhere to get a reply. I joined the website and now it doesn’t even recognise my login. Not fit for purpose. It’s a Sunday league operation, actually maybe not cause at least I would be able to speak to someone in person..

Call center it's a joke...I'm on the phone for a 1h and 30 minutes and I'm queue osition number 2 since I called...pure joke!

Asked for a padded coat for christmas from the range online, lucky enough to get it, very pleased, good quality

Ordered a shirt for my husband as he's been a fan of the club for YEARSSSSS! I ordered it with his name on it and the name was spelled incorrectly. I have been trying for weeks just to get this rectified and I am being sent in circles by several persons. Customer service is a joke. I ordered the shirt in December 2 and it is now the 30th and I still can't get a straight answer from these people. The item did get to me on time but getting them to fix their own mistake is just frustrating. I'm so disappointed! If I do purchase again I definitely won't customize an item.

Will never use them again. Placed an order the end of November for a Christmas present. Now 20th December order has still not been dispatched. Have sent three emails with no response and no calls being accepted by Arsenal direct. I don’t know how I’m meant to get my money back. Shocking service

I ordered a plaque (to be mounted at Celebration Corner at the Emirates) for my son’s birthday in March this year. I got a confirmation email through saying that the plaque would be mounted ‘later in the year’. In order to get an update, I sent an email to the Celebration Corner team at the end of June and was told to contact them, by reply, at the end of August for an update. I sent a further email in September and then 2 more in October. I have not, to date, received a reply to any of these. I tried ringing the direct number given but had to leave an answerphone message requesting a call back as, apparently, all lines were busy. I emailed Fan Services on 1st November and received a reply the following day saying that someone would be in touch. They haven’t been. As a last resort I emailed the CEO, Mr Venkatesham, on 17th November and explained the issue, adding that I’ve been a Gooner for 46 years and my son since birth (28 yrs), and that we are both silver members. I still haven’t had a reply. What an appalling way to treat loyal fans- they quickly take your money and then ignore you when there’s an issue. The only consolation is that staff are temporary, the club is permanent!

Amazing tour Amazing stadium made my dream come true

Tried to buy match day tickets, website is so slow once your through the que, tells you that there’s only 10 mins to check out but map moves to where it wants to, doesn’t let you click the seats very well. Site freezes every time you move the map. Can never get tickets because of this

Arsenal should be ashamed and embarrassed by their website.
Completely and unfit for purpose.
Hideously complicated, convoluted and clunky. The app is just as bad.
Ridiculous for a supposedly world class club.
