It is a pity that the fact that you had to pay for a broken tyre, now causes you to give us such a bad rating. We don't accept repaired tyres, because a repaired tyre represents a safety risk that we do not expose our customers to. This is also stated in our Terms and Conditions as well as in our Insurance Explanation.

Solid support
Asco was amazing. We had issues a couple of times during our one month trip.
-Fridge broke
-Engine lights came on (Hard driving)
The company went out of their way to send us a new fridge in the middle of nowhere and found us a mechanic to check the engine. I have no issue recommending them to anyone who needs to hire a solid 4x4 for their trip around Namibia.

Extremely professional operation
Extremely professional operation. High quality equipment, even brand new tires! Great customer service, explained everything perfectly at time of rental. On top of all that, super reasonable prices! I would definitely use them again. We also appreciate that they support conservation organizations. Great job guys!
