Excellent service again from Assured Heating. Recomended work completed following an earlier service. Highly recommended.

The engineer Mark was very polite and respectful of our home, immediately removed his shoes upon entry without being asked. He listened to my explanation of the issue we encountered after looking at a couple of options our room thermostat was changed (it was 30 years old) and so far so good. Once appointment was made for engineer to come out, communication was excellent as to when he would arrive on the day including a reminder previous day.

The engineers who call are mindful of bringing dirt in, the wear overshoes, they are neat and clean up after themselves and the response time is excellent.
I have been in Essex for 2 years and the servicing of my boiler and system has been great, the call out for a defective valve was dealt with promptly and I feel their focus is on customer satisfaction and care.

Operative arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem - fitted new central heating pump. Tested radiators which are much much better than before. All seems very good so far - 1hr after fitting new pump.

The engineers were polite and professional throughout the installation. They were considerate of the property and careful as they moved around. They tidied up efficiently once the work was completed.

My combi-boiler had its first annual service today. I received an email the day before to confirm the time of the appointment and was kept informed by text on the day when the engineer would actually arrive. These small touches show that Assured Heating genuinely cares for its customers. The engineer was polite and friendly, and completed the service record. I would definitely recommend Assured Heating for boiler installation and servicing.
