Athens Car Rental - ACR レビュー

I recommend ACR for your holidays in Greece for the following reasons:
Great staff and customer support
Good money value
And have the ferry insurance included on the contract.
Thanks

The whole process of hiring a car from this company was simple. An email to confirm the booking and then being met at arrivals at Athens airport and walked 100 yards to the car. Returning the car to the same carpark was equally easy being met by their staff who were all helpful and friendly. I will certainly use them again and would not hesitate to recommend.

Best car rental experience ever! No hassle, extremely quick pick-up and drop-off. No additional costs added to your rental fee. Very good, like new car. Friendly and clear communication. 100% recommended!

Excellent communication, lovely car, value for money, very very good

I’ve been renting from ACR for the last 6 or 7 years. We go the Athens every year for about one month, so the cost per day is important. ACR’S fee structure allows for lower costs per day the longer the car is rented. Their prices are consistently lower than most of the other car rental companies.
They meet you at the arrival hall, and it only takes a few minutes to complete the paperwork and the car is parked across the street in the short term parking lot. They can also deliver the car to another location in Athens for a modest fee. They have always been on time for arrival and departure.
They allow ferrying the car and a second driver free.
The quality of their cars is very good. I’ve never had a mechanical problem with any of their cars.

I have used ACR for the past 5 years and can honestly say it is one of the best car-rental experiences in all of my travels in Europe. Efficiency and honesty is their trademark and I always feel that I am being taken care of. In this cut-throat industry ACR are a breath of fresh air for us consumers. I recommend tham 100% and will always look to them for car-hire in Athens.

Extremely efficient, polite, reliable, and professional service. I have been renting cars in Greece for more than to decades and are by far the best. Highly recommended.

It's always nerve racking to use a local rather than global firm, but we were reassured by previous reviewed and our experience was excellent. We were contacted immediately on landing and met in arrivals, where we were guided through the process and introduced to the car. The drop off was equally flexible and personal, and the car perfect for our vacation

Great customer service, fantastic communication throughout and very friendly staff. Have used other firms in the past that were a bit cheaper but this company were the best we have used, you get what you pay for, will definitely use every time we travel to Athens

Excellent service and correspondence from the very first enquiry.
Communication was clear and constant.
Service absolutely excellent.
Won't look anywhere else on our next trip to Athens.
Thank you so much ACR!!

We have used this company before and have not been let down. Excellent staff and service. The cars are good and the whole process is simple. They charge a reasonable and fair amount We highly recommend.

Very friendly, very patient, very helpful, we had a great experience with Athens Car Rental, and especially Giannhs! Absolutely no problem at the pick-up and drop-off of the car at the airport.

I've been hiring car all over Europe for 20 years and in Greece for the last 15 years. This is simply the best experience I ever had and that's a big statement. Met at the airport, painless handover of brand new car, constant communication with the team and met back at the airport again to hand back the car. 5 star plus experience. If ACR had branches around Europe, I would use them all the time. Brilliant customer experience. Well done to all involved and thanks.

Fantastic communication before we even arrived in Greece. Very helpful. The 9 seater car was delivered to a nearby train station and they were waiting for us. Easy delivery. The car was clean and reliable and comfortable. I will always book through this company in the future. Thank you

I must say all been excellent until your blocked money will be return only after 1 month. Ridiculous and unacceptable time frame. I admit I didnt read T&C Q20, as i thought it will be like everywhere same 5-7 days, nope here is 1 month. So if you have lots money lieing around do use them. This situation unfortunately ruined perfect holiday ending. So no i do not recommend until they find proper solution to this idiocity.

We are very satisfied with the service of Athens Car Rental. They gave us a car in excellent condition, with punctuality and great kindness. Payment transactions were accurate and correct. We recommend Athens Car Rental to everyone!

We are so pleased with our experience with Athens Car Rental!

We felt that we could trust them from the very beginning. They were communicative, on time, friendly, helpful, and all around very nice to work with.

We will only use Athens Car Rental now when visiting Athens.

We have rented a car from ACR Car Rental in Koropi three times. Every single time, the communication has been excellent and they have gone the extra mile to help us have a smooth rental experience. Super friendly staff. Car was immaculate, had no issues and was well taken care of, and the process was very smooth and quick. We communicated via email many times before arriving in Greece and everything was as described. They even dropped us off at the airport when we returned the car. Highly recommend!

The experience was absolutely top notch. Two very friendly guys were waiting for us at the designated area at the airport with the car and they were very patient and considerate in showing us the controls etc. They were amazingly helpful when we had a problem on our journey. They were waiting at the same place when we returned the car and the process of checking the car and signing off the rental was very professional and easy. The whole experience was so much nicer and quicker than anything we have encountered at any other car rental offices and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
