Athens Car Rental - ACR レビュー

I rented a car at Athens airport for 10 days. Everything was perfect. Fast delivery and quick and easy return. Really recommended, I have not had any kind of problem or concern. Bravi!

ACR is an amazing rental
Company. They are honest and they deliver and pick up right at the arrival and departure at the airport. The reps are considerate and very respectful. I have rented from them 3 season now. They are GREAT and highly recommend!

This was such a positive experience.
The contact was personal. We were met outside the arrivals hall, just 20 metres from the door, there was plenty of time to inspect the car, take photos, etc. Payment was taken there and then, the service agent was very informative and spoke good English. The car was almost new, only 4,000 km on the clock. The return was also extremely easy, directly to departures on the top floor. This was a very good customer experience and I will defionitely use ACR Car Rentals again when I return to Greece, because I will return, I enjoyed it so much.

Everything about Athens Car Rental is so different from what you normally expect from car rental places. They are extremely friendly, thoughtful, courteous and accommodating. They dropped off the car at our location in Athens and were right there to meet us exactly where we needed to be when we arrived to leave at the airport. Everything was done speedily. They made it all so easy, and also the price was excellent. It was completely free of the long waits and grumpiness we have come to expect from the North American big brands! Totally recommended!

Athens Car rental offers competitive prices with professional, prompt customer service. They delivered the car to our door at the agreed to time ( saving us an hours trip to their office). The staff was consistently courteous and good humored and the car impeccably clean. I would definitely rent from ACR again.

From start to finish our experience with ACR was 5 star! They answered my every question with kindness and patience.
Our experience at the airport both arriving and departing went perfectly. We did not have a single minute of concern or discomfort.
As 3 older women, the experience could not have been better.
I highly recommend ACR as a reliable and cost competitive car rental option!

This is my second time with this rental company.
Kind people, honest and always ready to help.
I travel every year to Greece for holidays, since last year I chose
this company and I will chose them every year.
Definetly, very professional people that you can trust.

I booked a car after reading the glowing reviews and was slightly nervous about being met or not at the airport at the right place and time. No reasons to worry about anything: all went very smoothly. The communication with the ACR team (prompt replies to all my emails) was perfect, picking up the car was easy and fast, so was the drop off. The car was good, so was the price. Highly recommended!

We hired a car on line with ACR to travel around main land Greece for about 10 days. We booked on line and paid a small deposit. We were met at Athens arrivals airport at the time agreed. After about 10 mins we were on our way. The car was a Fiat Tipo HB which performed without any issues on the many kilometres we travelled. It wasn't new, but in very good condition. Contact with the company was via email and they were very quick in responding. We returned the car to Athens international departures airport, and they had no issue with me changing the time to arrive 30 mins later. We were met by the ACR guy, and after a quick check, we were all done. No issues, no dramas and great to deal with. Next time we go to Athens we will definitely call ACR.

Great customer service and value - ACR sets the standard for car rentals. Other car rentals I've tried don't come close.

Thank You for very good Service

Used ACR this summer in Greece and it was a excellent experience. They were very responsive prior to arriving via email and everything worked out as planned.

Clean, new vehicle and the personal touch at the airport both on pick-up and delivery was appreciated.

I will definitely be using them again as well as recommending to family/friends.

Excellent from start to finish.
Competitive pricing and no hidden costs.
Communication prompt and clear throughout.
Friendly representatives met us outside departures at the agreed time.
Transaction straightforward and transparent.
No queuing at a car rental office desk.
Far superior to the large rental companies.

Fantastic experience with ACR on a family trip. Excellent personal customer service and very pleasant staff. Very flexible as we were running a bit late. Picking up and dropping off was really efficient and most importantly there was no unpleasant hard sell of extras like you get with the big companies. Great and very new car and good value pricing too. For the first time ever, hiring a car turned out to be a pleasant experience! Highly recommended.

Really efficient and helpful service. Prompt communication before dropping off the car and advised us of the best size for our party. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended!

Excellent experience , professional team friendly and welcoming , good cars and above all the best prices in town

Best car rental in Greece without a doubt!
