Very fast delivery and the small issue i had was dealt with promptly by customer service.

Great company, perfect customer service. They made an error with my order- easy mistake to make. When I contacted them, they were sooooo quick to resolve. They’ve got my loyalty.
There are some unfair feedback from lockdown when supplies were unpredictable and no one knew what was happening. This company is great.

Every time my girlfriend and I visited a favourite pub she would comment on the Chef & Sommelier wine glasses and I wanted to get a set for her birthday.

Through an extensive Google search I was directed to Avica and selected what I thought were the right wine glasses...great website, easy payment and they arrived the very next day. Unfortunately I had bought the wrong style and quickly saw my mistake. Avica customer service were beyond excellent and I re-ordered the right glasses and they were promptly delivered and the wrong order was collected and a refund was processed.

I would not hesitate to use Avica again, just a great experience.

Yesterday i ordered a case of pint glasses from Avica.
They emailed straight away saying I would have them today.
As promised my glasses arrived. Unfortunately the very polite driver asked me what had I ordered as they're was significant noise coming from the box when being moved. I explained and he lifted the box and said I think their all broken and he would return them straight away. I called the company and explained everything and the response was great. You'll have a brand new case tomorrow. Great service I thought. I then received an email saying Unfortunately my product wasn't in stock but they would order straight away and get to me ASAP. The email was very apologetic and this couldn't be helped.
I've had great and prompt service from everyone and am looking forward to receiving my new box of glasses next week.
I will certainly use Avica again.

Very quick delivery, arrived the next morning everything was correct and they were able to leave it in a requested safe place for me as no one was able to get to the door straight away.
Service was very reliable and prompt email replies, will definitely be using again in the near future.

If I had to fault it would be that there are no text or notification reminders when roughly the delivery will be made. Also find some products they don't sell even though could be very popular.

Great quality cleaning products and responsible price.Only problem with delivery, they never give you time slot.So apart that I highly recommend Avica.

Products often out of stock, show in stock when ordered but fail to appear with "to follow" on delivery note.

Web site before re design was bad, now terrible.

Not intuitive, not user friendly, painfully slow.

Products don't show up
to view unless described in unusual ways.

Product codes change with no user notification so its easy to order wrong thing.

after a week no order arrived. after chasing and being told the order was out for delivery i was then told it had attempted delivery. simply untrue as this address is manned 24/7.
lies and mistruths. i will not be using again.
