Le délai de livraison n’est pas respecté. Commande passée fin avril, je l’attends encore. On est le 27 mai 2023.
Pas de réponse aux mails.

Les photos ne correspondent pas aux photos très mauvaise qualité et service client ne répondant pas aux emails donc impossible de faire un renvoi

Le service de livraison m’a réclamé par deux fois de payer des frais de douane. Ne pas répondre surtout.
La couleur de l’article ne correspond pas à la photo.
A bannir!!!!

Arnaque complète, paiement débité le journ de la commande et plus de nouvelles 3 semaines plus tard.
Ne répondent pas aux messages et aucun service client, aucun téléphone, aucune adresse !!!!

As everyone else reports, I've written several emails to return items that all ran small. No reply with return instructions. I'm going to file a claim with my credit card, but I dont see how that will help.

Update: After 11 days and several emails, someone from Azzlee did reply. First they offered 30% and then 50% off if I kept the items, which was pointless since nothing fit. Last they gave an address in NY to return to, with a bunch of item and return numbers to include. I sent it back yesterday, so hopefully I'll get a full refund soon.

WARNING!!! Placed a large order to take advantage of saving on shipping. Big mistake! Charged my credit card for items I did not receive. I also needed to return everything because sizes are off by at least 2 sizes some even more. Still haven't responded with an address to return. However, they did offer 30% refund. I spent close to $500 and they want to give me $150 for things I will never be able to wear. What a scam.

Ne commandez surtout pas sur ce site, UNE ARNAQUE. Les articles ne correspondent pas du tout aux photos affichées sur le site. Le service après vente c'est une catastrophe, il y a en a pas... Ils ne répondent pas aux demandes de retour et de remboursement!!!

Don’t order from this site anything, they saying it’s easy to return, but it’s not. Order from UK warehouse , but have to send back to USA and pay for it. Delaying with time, don’t wanna give your many back, awful experience. And quality very poor . I give less that 1 star

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 5 items, and only 1 fit well. the other 4 I did not like and wanted to return. I have been trying for over a month to get a return address. It would take days for someone to respond, and when they did, they delayed, asking questions, refusing to give me the address each time. Finally they gave me the address, but said they will only refund 50% of my money. I am going to return the clothes (at my expense), but based on other reviews, think they probably will never refund the money.

Should be lower than one star. Awful customer service- tried to return and change garments as they were too small told to keep them. I found out they are from China but returns/refunds go to the USA, but would not give me address. One item cost £18.50 still not arrived. They told me out of stock and I would be refunded- no sign of refund and it’s been three weeks! Although the items were not bad - it would have been nice to have had them in the bigger size but no chance now. I did in fact take them to a local charity shop. Shame on this company for very poor service.

all i can say is lesson learned. poorly made clothing vs the lowest of quality!

Do not buy from this company! You will be stuck with sub par merchandise and they will not respond to your requests to return items. I’ve placed a claim with PayPal as a last resort.

Do not buy from this company or any that has Azzlee as it's name. No chance of returning anything. This is a scam, supplying poor quality goods. Like others a partial USA address is given to return items, plus an offer of 65% off to keep the shoddy cheap goods. I am going to wait for 30 days before getting my bank to refund me....

Order arrived late. Two orders, both subpar fabric. Tried to return one due to sizing and material. Response long overdue and they obviously do not want you to return anything. Still awaiting response while the 30 day window to return is quickly coming to a close.

This company does not reply to any emails and the clothes are not as advertised! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Il faut être sûr que ça vous ira avant de commander ! Retour quasi impossible, une vraie galère de négociations ! Les articles ne sont pas tous conformes aux photos magnifiques que l'on voit sur leur site...

unfortunately, the prices are misleading....i switched from USD to CAD. I received my invoice in CAD, but the charges on my card are USD.....very disapointing...won t buy again!!
