User-Friendly Portal with Excellent Customer Support
I've been using B4B Payments as an administrator to issue payment cards for our clients, and overall, I'm very satisfied with the service. The Company Portal is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and quickly process card orders.
What stands out the most is the excellent customer support. Whenever we encounter something new or face an issue, the team at B4B Payments, especially our Account Executive & the Back Office Helpdesk, responds promptly and effectively. Their support has been invaluable, and it's reassuring to know we can count on them when needed.
Overall, I'd rate my experience at 90%—a solid, positive experience.

Inutilisable
Toujours impossible de me connecter à l'app, contacté le service client 3 fois mais rien ne change. L'app ne reconnaît pas mes credentials alors que sur le site web via mon laptop je me connecte sans problème. Impossible de valider un paiement vu que via le site, aucune fenêtre popup n'apparaît pour valider la transaction. Mais je reçois bien les sms de 2steps... Dossier soi-disant remonté, ça fait plus de 2 semaines et aucun retour. On me dit d'appeler et me donne un numéro en Angleterre, je vis en Grèce... Y a t'il un numéro pour la Grèce?
