Helpful and problem solved
The company went out of their way to contact me and then arrange a suitable time to solve the problem. Lola called when expected and even though it was a clueless problem, Lola managed to help solve it. I now have no issues.

Great customer service from Edwina!
Edwina is a great account manager at B4B, she has been looking after our company for years, and still helps us now, even though she has moved departments!
Customer services have become a lot better over the last couple of years too.
You can now register for an online account for your card, call and get straight through to customer service, change your pin number at the cashpoint, they now also have an app and you can add your Bread4Scrap card to your wallet!

We’ve recently extended our customer support to 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year, so we
can support customers around the clock.
Just to confirm.
The Customer Care team can be contacted in two ways: by phone—if you’re calling from the UK, the number is 0203 475 5351 (option 2). Alternatively, you can use our Online live chat, which can be found on our website, www.b4bpayments.com.
The chat icon can be found on the bottom right of the screen and is available in 9 languages, it
can sometimes take a couple of seconds for the chat icon to pop up.
In the interest of account security, we are unable to service customer accounts by email

Is this for real or a scam?
was excited at first but then can”t access the card because the app can”t send sms to the contact number. They don”t say how to check and correct the contact number. i doubt this company is real ! i also notice that i opted for a USD$25 dollar initial top up but my card was charged for $44.71 !

I had to at least give them one star to write review.
This card does not work I will tell you now do not do it !!
I got a $50 “virtual card” and used $20 and now I can’t use the $30 and apparently after numerous calls to B4B they can’t fix problem as well.
Terrible customer service.
PS. It’s a virtual card with no number on the back !!
