I should have researched this company more. I just read the comments from the company website. After reading all your comments and what I'm going though. The dress was poorly made and don't fit. This is for my wedding in December. Of course I been getting emails back and forth with them with no result in site. I just asked for a refund and haven't gotten a definitive answer. That dress was 210 dollars.

Buyer Beware! They sent me a dress that smells like musty fish that was 2 sizes to small then what I ordered and looked like a night gown on me rather then the picture advertised. I had no time to send it back wedding was 3 weeks away. So I payed extra to rush order and expedited shipping on a 2nd dress so it would be here on time. Here we are 3 weeks later and still no dress! I payed double price of dress for it to be rushed. Mind you i only ordered standard sizing. I reached out several times asking to cancel order because it was not shipped and they ignored me. Then this morning i get a tracking code for dhl that says it wont be here til next week. The wedding is this weekend. It wont be here ontime. I had to go to Davids BRIDAL and pick up another dress so i dont even match other bridesmaids. This company is a scam and will not work with you. The dresses smell really bad so i cant even resell. Save yourself a headache and buy elsewhere.

Unfortunately I am forced to give 1 star when babyonlinewholesale deserves no stars. This company is a scam and needs to be shut down! I wish I could add my pictures to this review but I don't see an option to attach photos. I ordered a dress and received something completely different from the dress advertised on their website. It was a completely different dress. They refuse to acknowledge that. They even sent me a fake picture, telling me that was what I ordered which was absolutely not the picture from their website. They refuse to give me a full refund. I paid $215 and we can't even use what they sent. The dress is horrible and not what we ordered. The dress was for my daughter's prom so of course I had to go buy another dress from somewhere else. (Side note the 2nd dress I bought came from Windsor and was beyond gorgeous btw) Babyonlinewholesale will only offer a partial refund of $75 which basically is how they are making their money because the dresses they send are trash and if they advertised the real product that they send you then no one would order, so instead they put false pictures of dresses they don't make so customers can order but get trash in return. The reviews on their website must be fake. The real reviews are on other sites like this one. Worst experience ever. Save your time and money. Buy from a legit dress store like Windsor.

I am only putting 1 star because I had to in order to post this review. This company is a scam DO NOT ORDER from them. The dresses will not look like the picture. You will not get your money back. If they do honor a refund it will be only 35% of your purchase. When they mess up your order the hassle you go through isnt worth it. BUY SMARTER than myself and others who fell for the hype.
Tell your friends, family and strangers DO NOT BUY. They will email you back with nonsense. They dont answer their phone so dont waste your time.

I ordered my dress for prom the beginning of April and I still have not received it I will not shop from them again!

this company is nothing but a scam artist with two websites one is yesbabyonline and the other is babyonlinewhosale. I ordered a dress from them $350 that i basically gave away because I didn't receive a dress or refund. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Please don’t buy from here. The dress received was nothing like the pictures, crappy hems and not the measurements that were sent. Customer service was non existent. I’ve called and always get the prerecording. Dozens of emails with nothing in return. Going on 3 weeks now and almost $400 down the drain.

DO NOT BUY! TRUST ME. I ordered this and just got it in a package yesterday. I get that the dresses are made from scratch and they’re cheap priced but u could LITERALLY buy another dress from another website that’s as cheap and great quality than this. The dresses look NOTHING like the picture. I told them what my bust size was and they still made it so big for me. I thought their reviews from their website were authentic and they are but they’re just keeping those good reviews on their website but not the bad reviews. If there were to be bad reviews, the website would’ve been like 2.5 stars. This is overall made from CHINA so cheap quality and I’m jus disappointed. I paid almost $200 and it’s not worth it. That’s all I have to say

This company is a fraud! I ordered a dress and it was nothing like the picture. When I continuously reached out trying to return this item for a refund they went ghost on me and stopped answering me emails, and messages. Do not waste your money here. They also never mailed me one of my dresses. This is a scam!!!!! Stay away!!!!!

Honestly, I don’t care what people say but I’ve had such a great experience. My wedding dress arrived yesterday and it fitted perfect and looks exactly like the picture. I am extremely happy about my dress and the price I paid for it. On top of all customer service people were very helpful and provided me with 100% accurate information and in a timely manner. Thank you ❤️

The dress came in time 4 weeks exactly . It’s just as picture described. Very beautiful. I fell in love with it before I even tried it on. The seller communication was excellent. I recommend

Very nice Dresses.
I wanted a model first, but they didn't have it, then I ordered another model.
Half of the money was returned to me.
Today I received the dress + a gift.
Both gorgeous, the model chosen by me is exactly as in the picture.
I am also very pleased with the material and the staff I spoke with and solved the initial problem.
I recommend this site.
And I will order from them again.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP!! PURCHASED A DRESS AND WHEN I RECEIVED WAS NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS ADVERTISED AS WELL AS THE COLOR THAT WAS CHOSEN. PURCHASED THE DRESS IN BLUSH PINK AND WHAT I RECEIVED WAS A BUBBLEGUM PINK, VERY UGLY. THE MATERIAL WAS LIKE A THICK FISH NET, FELT AWFUL. REACHED OUT AND EXPLAINED MY THOUGHTS AND ASKED TO HAVE IT RETURNED AND THEIR RESPONSE WAS "IF MY EVENT WAS SO SPECIAL I SHOULD HAVE MADE A BETTER CHOICE" AFTER A RETURN WAS NOT MENTIONED AND THEY FAILED TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME FURTHER, THEY HAVE IGNORED ALL EMAILS AFTER. I DID DISPUTE THIS WITH MY CREDIT CARD AND NOW HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING TO RETURN BACK TO CHINA TO GET MY REFUND. THESE PPL ARE A FRAUD. ITS BETTER TO JUST PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND KNOW WHAT YOUR GETTING. BUY FROM A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY, NOT ONE THAT IS TRYING TO SCAM YOU. BEWARE!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!! Pay the extra money and order from a replibale website or store. Lesson learned.

don't ever order from that store! I paid $400 dollars for my wedding dress which has never arrived (we even paid rush shipping). When that happened I've sent an email to them saying that I have not received the dress and they stopped answering my emails! THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER! IF I COULD GIVE MINUS STARS I WOULD!

Can you give NEGATIVE stars??? DO NOT BUY FROM BABYONLINEWHOLESALE!!! PLEASE READ THIS!!!!!! ( I marked 5 stars hoping it brings my comment to the top of the list) Bought a dress (in March 2019) that looked great in the pic, NOT the same when it arrived (Dr Jekyll/Mr Hyde different). Returned the dress, asked for a refund from Sophie X. who yes'd me to death upon receipt of the dress, promising me a refund. This was the beginning of my terrible experience with their customer service department. No refund. Asked for the dress back, at least I could use the fabric, right?? Nope. 6 months and 50 messages later, no dress, no refund.
Then they offered a carrot (Yes, dear, we will refund you full, firstly with $50 or more, and others later, we can write this here, so dhgate can punish us if we do not obey it. But we need to make sure the reviews on babyonlinewholesale will also removed, pls kindly understand.) I altered my review to say I was awaiting resolution. One week later I got this reply instead.. (Dear, we contacted the collegue at babyonlinewholesale, they said need to change to all five stars positive one, or just delete it, would you pls kindly help again? Thank you.)
Soooo.....If I remove my review OR give them 5 stars (well, I DID give them 5 stars LOL ) I can get half of my money back. Can you spell S-C-A-M?? My original review is back. Do not WASTE your money or your valuable time.

This is the first dress I've bought online while looking for non-traditional wedding dresses. Overall I'm impressed by the quality of the dress, especially the support in the bust. Other than needing to be hemmed, it didn't need alterations to fit me well. I didn't care for the mesh to cover the cleavage in the front. It just looks like it was added as an afterthought and detracts from the overall aesthetic. I returned it because I found another dress I liked better, which did not need to be hemmed.

This website is a complete fraud. They start by only showing a single photo oh the dress so you can’t argue it’s not what you ordered. Then they tell you that if you order a standard size they “normally accept return for quality or wrong size”, but then when you reach out they tell you all dresses are made to order, even though you selected a standard size and not the custom size option. They’ll reply back to your complaints twice, and then they block you and you start getting “message cannot be delivered” errors. Unless you’re looking to throw money away, do not order from here.
