Excellent service. Ordered a radiator (to match an existing one). Got a call to check the size and the radiator was delivered the next day. Was nice to be able to speak to someone to check I was ordering the right thing!

Yasser and all the team at Banyo were extremely helpful. From thre moment my call was picked up, Yasser helped me out with a problem with my Bette bath...I needed handles/grips for the inside of the bath that were specific to my model and I couldn't find them anywhere but Yasser didn't let me down. When ordering a bath from Banyo, whilst on my final phone call to Yasser - I happened to mention I was buying Grohe shower equipment. Well, Yasser mentioned that they were pulling out of the UK market - this was so helpful to know because it would have affected our guarantees and future ease of ordering spare parts. He mentioned Hansgrohe as a possible alternative. I went off, did my research and as it turned out they seemed to be an excellent recommendation. I worked out the items I needed, then came back to Yasser with a shopping list - he got me prices, a quick ordering time and even price-matched a few items from a competitor. I ended up putting quite a big order second order through with Banyo, which was with zero sales pressure and plenty of help. I am so impressed with Banyo - flawless service from Yasser. I will be recommending to friends. Thank you!

Yasser has given nothing but 5 star customer review. My utility sink was ordered as per guidance but when try to fit it was correct size as not enough space for worktop. Supplier had initially said they won't give a refund as its outside 24 day window. Yasser had seen that the box was only just opened and brand new. He had negotiators with suppliers and managed to get me a refund. A fantastic service.
