Il sito è molto fornito, peccato che molti dei prodotti carichi online, non si sa se siano disponibili o meno fino al momento della ricezione della conferma di pagamento, quindi mettono i prodotti in back order (che possono essere rimborsati se richiesto).
Mi trovo a modificare la recensione per un'ottima accoglienza da parte del servizio clienti che si è mossa rapidamente per risolvere la spedizione di un potenziometro che era andato perduto per colpa del corriere, in pochissimo tempo (2 giorni) mi hanno rispedito il potenziometro.

Banzai är bra, stort sortiment av bra produkter, oslagbart, men lite dåliga på att skicka det man beställt inom rimlig tid.

After much searching for Alpha clear shaft potentiometers for a special project, I found that Banzai was the only retailer that had them in all of the values I needed. When I ordered, I mistakenly selected linear rather than audio taper for eight 1M pots. When I contacted them to request that the order be changed to correct my error, their email replies were both courteous and professional, and their willingness to assist was outstanding. Excellent Service!

Good shop with many references. I have sometimes had problems with stock shortages but they have notified me in time and we have been able to solve it.

I have been a customer for years and I can only say that Banzai is one of the few shops with such a big parts variety aimed towards tube amps. It is such a relief knowing that I can find specialized or hard-to-find parts.
