Last order was a reverb tank that was delivered fast and very well packed.

I first went to Banzai for Japanese parts for my Ibanez. Later I discovered they also offer a huge range of other products like capacitors, resistors, and switches – basically everything you need for your instruments. Shipping from Germany to the Netherlands is always fast, prices are fair, and their service is reliable. These days, Banzai is my go-to shop.

I recommend Banzai Music highly. I have ordered from them for years. Their assortment is very extensive and at reasonable prizes. They even stock hard to come by items. Their customer support is good. What I personally really appreciate is as long as the items aren't shipped, you can add items to your order with no extra charge, something you don't see often in the Netherlands where I reside. The only thing is that regrettable is that p&p costs are relatively high, but I suppose this is because of international shipping.

Just a quick shoutout to Banzai Music – easily one of the best shops I’ve ordered from. Best prices I found, everything I needed was in stock (including the super cool Göldo Low Rider bridges), and shipping to Finland was fast. Service was great too, super smooth all around. Brza dostava, naručio sam Pick guard ploču, dešava se opetovano drugi put -između ploče i ljepljive folije koja se odvaja od iste nalazi se par zrnaca koja su vidljiva nakon lijepljenja na instrument (male izbočine koje reflektiraju na svjetlu), molim ispraviti navedeno jer nakon instalacije na instrument izgleda neprofesionalno, pozdrav !

I’ve been a customer of BanzaiMusic for many years, their range and pricepoint beats almost everybody. They label everything very neatly so you easily sort your delivery. I’m very pleased and I’m sure you will also be pleased.
Perhaps there been occasions where their stock balance have been incorrect but they’ve sent it later when they’ve got it.
