I ordered gift set from this company and it came damaged. I contacted benefit by email customer service and from now after 26 emails still not been resolved. The customer service is horrendous and I've had two different emails sent to me by different people asking me to let them no what wrong. I wish I could give a ZERO star. I received an empty tube of Mighty Fine brow Pen with a broken brush tip. Within hours of receiving it, I contacted the company for a refund. So far I have sent pictures 4 times and have received 8 emails asking for more info and not refunding my money. A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT AND FRUSTRATION. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.

Ce service ne mérite même pas une étoile. AprÚs avoir passé une commande pour l'anniversaire de ma fille,je reçois deux e-mails , 1 de confirmation et le 2Úme pour l'expédition avec le numéro de suivi poste colissimo. Chaque jour,je regarde mais rien qui montre que le colis est vraiment expédié. Le 29 décembre, Je décide d'y aller à la poste,et là on m'informe que le colis est toujours pas envoyé, donc ce sire n'est pas fiable et c'est de l'arnaque.
J'ai envoyé un mail au service client benefit , en demandant la date de livraison.
Aujourd'hui le 30 décembre à 14h30 je reçois un mail qui dit que la comande était bien expédiée.
AprÚs à 16h40 je reçois un autre mail qui dise que ma commande a été annulée pour 1 rupture de stock.
Depuis le 23 décembre, ils ont prélevé le montant pour au final attendre au 30 décembre pour m'annoncer que la commande a été annulée et que je vais être rembourser d'ici 5 à 10jours.
Je vous conseille d'éviter ce site, à fuir...

If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered 2 glam sets for x mas presents, one that did not have the lid on the tin and was missing items. I have been back and forth for 2 weeks with customer service email with 0 help. They have asked for batch numbers, photographs which I have provided. Every email I receive back says 3-5 business days to get a response and that they need to further investigate. I have also called customer service 3 times and also received 0 help. Today I was on the phone for 37 minutes. I have asked 6+ times to speak with a supervisor or manager, all whom I have been told are in a meeting. I am only asking for a replacement however the person I am speaking with says its out of stock. But somehow when I go online, I am able to order it? Then, when asked for a refund I was told they have to request it and if it is approved it takes 2-3 weeks to get refunded. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever received from a company. I will not be ordering EVER AGAIN from this company.

If I could give a zero I would. Purchased the classic Benetint directly through company instead of Sephora. Item arrived damaged, opened, half full. Customer service requested invoice and pictures before refunding a $20 product. Have been told 3 different things from them. It would be processed immediately upon receiving, then it would take 2-3 business days [it's past that] then 3-4 weeks for a refund to my PayPal. Unbelievably inept, inefficient and unprofessional customer service. Never purchase from this company again- even at Sephora. From reviews I can see this sentiment is pretty universal.

If I could give zero I would disgusting customer service from a company which used to be so good. Order placed never arrived. They use Evri the worst courier in the country. Never even attempted delivery and now says it will be returned. Although a week later it gas not been returned. Even though benefit can see the tracking they said they will refund me when it gets back to them! Don't hold up any hope with Evri actually returning the parcel so now will have to report if to my bank. Disgusting customer service.

Le SAV bénéfit est exceptionnel dans le sens où c'est rapide simple efficace ils envoient le bordereau et il y a juste à renvoyer la marchandise convenablement dans une pochette et en l'espace d'une semaine le souci est réglé le SAV est donc à la hauteur de la qualité de la marque j'en suis complÚtement ravie merci à vous.

Horrible customer service and return policy for a defective item. I was within very close to the 30 day return window. One of the 4 blushes I purchased had broken up. It was not dropped and clearly seemed defective since the other 3 were fine and stored in the same space.
They refused my return even though this seems to be due to a defect. Shoddy company and horrid return policy. They donât stand behind their product.

Very difficult returning and getting your credit back
I purchased an eye pencil that just didn't work for me. I contacted them a day or two later and returned it promptly. They received my return on July 18, today is August 19 and no credit yet. Emailed them numerous times with my tracking and that they received it and all I got so far was that they sent the credit in. Amex takes just a couple of days to receive a credit, but nothing yet. They wait to do returns so they make interest on their money. Will NEVER place an order with that company again and don't recommend. Very disappointed.
