I recently bought the Terra Blush while travelling. It was a crumbled mess within a week.
Because I didn’t have a receipt, no help
From the company.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Sent my return via certified mail and received the signed receipt ... it has now been a almost a month and no refund! I have called multiple time and had a rep go over tracking info with me and promised and email within 24 hrs.... not! On the phone again (after getting voicemail 6x) NEVER NEVER EVER order online from them

I was looking for a specific product that they carried and was not able to get it any of my local makeup stores so I went directly to the source. As a new customer, I signed up to receive their marketing notifications and was to have received a 15% discount on my order. I placed the order but had pushed the confirm order button and realized that I had not put in the code for the discount.

I called them and got a rep on the phone. I explained that I had literally just placed the order and wanted them to either take the 15% off and credit my card or cancel the order and I would go back and do it correctly.

She put me on hold and then came back to say that she could not do either things. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she would transfer my to the order dept. She did but I was disconnected.

My complaint is that I tried 4 more times with an hour's time span and either got disconnected from the call or was transferred and got disconnected again. It was extremely frustrating and frankly I will not order directly from them again. I will find a new product to use from a different company.

I recently purchased eyeliner/ blush and mascara from benefit. Thought I would try a new set.
The mascara was clumpy and the eye liner does not last long at all and I found was difficult to apply. I paid almost £50 for 3 items.

Will not use them again in future

Produit abîmée, je demande le remboursement > apres des explications farfelues on me refuse le remboursement.

On me propose de prendre un produit équivalent > je demande une carte cadeau ou solde afin d'acheter un produit PLUS CHER.

On me refuse encore une fois.

Plus jamais je ne commanderais sur le site ni même en magasin. Boycott total.

Impossible d’obtenir le remboursement de produits jamais délivré et retournés par la Poste dans leur entrepôts.
C’est ma troisième relance au service client qui prends des plombes à répondre et qui dit « transmettre à d’autres service »

I used to always buy the They're Real mascara but having bought one in Dublin airport and started to use it I found it awful the wand is awful just the overall product is awful never buying this again irritated my eyes also

The New foundation has got to be one of the worst products I've ever used... greasy makes all your pores more noticeable, terrible coverage...very very poor product, supermarket brands are better than this rubbish foundation...!!!!!
And to try and get a refund is ridiculous they want batch numbers, evidence etc..
Read your reviews Benefit and do better....!! I will be chasing my refund im not paying £43 for this it's actually a joke. ..your products started off good but they aren't now....will be changing to a different brand

Great service at Place Vendome in Doha from Ilhame, who did my brows and offered me a free tester facial.

I bought their mascara, they're real magnet. The mascara doesn't last and I was really embarrassed that it was applied in such a short time without me noticing and I walked around with raccoon eyes.

Returned several items and had to email them 4x over 2 months asking about my refund. Despite multiple follow-ups and their customer service team promising to process my refund, they have not refunded me. They confirmed receipt of return and I was told it would be one month, then after a month+, followed back up and each time I was told 5-7 more days. This happened multiple times. This is completely unacceptable and feels fraudulent. If you value your time and money, I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Do Yourself a favor! Go to CVS, Target, Walmart; etc. or just dig deeper in your makeup stash at home!

1 Unable to cancel an order seconds after placed; or with customer service PRIOR to shipment;
2 Customer Service has no interest in promoting customer service or customer goodwill;
3 Customer Service Supervisor has no interest in promoting customer service or customer goodwill;
4 Enticed with a promo and price STILL highly inflated;
5 Deadbolts sales with no exit!

I always wore Maybe Baby. I got so many compliments on it and had people buying it. Since you stopped selling it, I will probably not be buying anymore of your products since you discontinued a fantastic product.

LEAVE WELL ENOUGH ALONE...The mighty fine brow PEN is horrible.Please bring back the microfilling browpen...It was absolutely wonderful.It had SLANTED TIPS

I placed an order on Monday 19th May before the 3p.m. deadline for next day delivery and paid the extra. I am on holiday and forgot to pack my eyebrow pen which if you could see me you know how much it is needed! Wednesday lunch time no sign of it, no reply on phone at Customer Care and email won't send. Tracking useless, would not want to order from them again

While their products for the most part are good, service is very poor. I placed an order and received confirmation just to get a email to say my order was cancelled. When I reached out to customer service they had no valid reason.

I purchased a couple of eyebrow products to be used at a later date. When I received my order I checked to make sure they sent the correct items but I didn’t think to check the colors. When I went to finally use one of the items, I noticed they sent the wrong color that is no where near the color I ordered. It was past the 90 day exchange period and all they gave me was 10% off a future order that can be combined with other offers. I’m disappointed I spent $26 on a product I can’t use especially when it was their fault for sending the wrong item to begin with.

I placed my order on 12/31 in the amount of $448.99 and due to a family emergency i needed to leave state to be with a terminal ill family member so I needed to return my order to use the the money for a more impact important matter. I never used any products nor did I open the box until I needed the return slip to mail my items back which I did. I waited 2-3 weeks as it states on their website however no refund was recieved so I called them on 2/20 where the representative confirmed they received and scanned my items back on 2/3 but just didn't process the refund. I'm confused by as you would think that would be a automatic part of the process when scanning returned items back. The representative told me I would have to wait an additional 5-7 days and that there is no way to expedite it. This is unacceptable period but makes it worse especially for the reason I need it back. I'm was going to reorder once I got passed what I'm going through but after this experience it's not likely that will happen. I need my money back ASAP please.

Très mécontente de ma 1ere commande.Je reçois un mail annonçant qu'une trousse serait offerte pour un achat.Je fais mon achat immédiatement,la trousse est bien indiquée dans ma confirmation de commande sauf qu'à réception...pas de trousse!j'appelle le service client qui me dit qu'ils sont en rupture...ils auraient au moins pu envoyer des échantillons en compensation mais rien!!!De plus l'article commandé est arrivé abimé....Premiere et derniere commande en ce qui me concerne.
