What a beautiful deal when you work with honest and kind people. I dealt with Sequoia from Benoit Properties International. She was super professional, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. On top of that, even though completing the deal is the salesperson's goal, she is an honest person who put my benefits first before everything.

Everyone we came in contact that worked for or with this company was professional, personable, helpful, communicative, and very patient with us. All our questions were answered promptly and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable with moving forward. We ended up not moving forward, but in no way due to hesitancy over the investment or anything we learned from them. Purely personal reasons. I highly recommend them!
