I used Ben's Cycle to get hold of a fat tyre that seems to be in short supply. The website made it clear the tyre was in stock so I was comfortable to order it without worry it was going on back order to the seller. It shipped quickly and arrived promptly also, all the way to New Zealand. Definitely recommended.

Great company great product

Ben's was the only online shop that had all the parts I needed when converting my mtb to single speed. I really like the Project List in the members section, It makes it a lot easier to keep track when ordering multiple parts or if you have more than 1 project your ordering for. Service was good, shipping was fast, they have a good selection of parts and located in the best city in America. Go Packers!!!!!

Bens has great prices on Nitto stuff, 20% off labor day sale made it even better. Shipping was quick, the package arrived with everything in good shape. Thanks Bens!

Nice people to deal with. Handled my order well over the phone and the stuff came very quickly. I would have given 5 stars but the tubes of glue were not packed in a box and could have been damaged in shipment but mine were OK.

I ordered a product from Ben's Cycle on Ebay. I got an order confirmation and couldn't wait for my new pack. I waited expectantly for a few days, then I got an email that the order was cancelled because the product was no longer in stock. It made me wonder why it was on ebay...
So I called the store and they informed me that the "brick and mortar" store had sold the product after I had ordered it.
Made me wonder about the communication within Ben's Cycle. It was pretty disappointing.

A hard to find headset was available at Bens cycles quick email answered swiftly to confirm international postage and fees and the item was ordered and on its way shortly after arrived well packaged and fits which is a bonus. Professional outfit in my opinion Thank you..

Being one of the few stores in the US to carry what I was looking for (Dia-Compe DC 139 Brake Levers) I went ahead and ordered from Ben's. After receiving confirmation that my order was shipped, but having no tracking number, I contacted the store and Matt helped me out, even ensuring that my order arrived before I was to leave for a trip and potentially miss the original delivery date. Great customer service like this is why I'll shop from Ben's again in the future.

I love Ben's Cycle! I live in Chicago so shipping is crazy fast. When I need something quick I like to use them. Returns have always been quick and easy as well, which can be a major pain from other suppliers. I like that they provide thorough order tracking and documentation too, which has been helpful as a reference for insurance, future parts ordering, etc. Their selection of parts runs a good range from top end to more budget friendly to please most customers. I know other sites that stock only cutting edge, high priced gear so it's nice to have affordable options without feeling like I'm buying junk. Even their lower end parts still feel like good quality. I've built a couple of bikes up from parts from Ben's so far and plan on using them on future projects.
