Got a fantastic deal
Got a fantastic deal, shop assistants were really helpful and answered all our questions with good knowledge of the product. Delivery company also excellent, quick delivery and friendly staff.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
SIMON THE STORE MANAGER LOOKED AFTER US AND EXPLAINED EVERTHING IN GREAT DETAIL.YHEY HAVE A BED THAT THEY CAN ADJUST TO THE BEST SLEEP PATTERN SHOWING YOUR PRESSURE PIONTS .WHEN WE DECIEDED WHICH WAS BEST FOR US WE WERE THEN SHOWED THE BEST MATTRESS FOR US.AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

The team at your Bolton store were extremely helpful. There was a slight delay due to the circumstances oversees but this could not be avoided and they kept us up to date constantly on our product. The bed is very comfortable and looks aesthetically great in the room. It has a lot of storage room underneath. The inner metal bar was slightly bent but we are still able to use the bed for the desired reason. We have since been back to purchase bedroom furniture (wardrobe, bed side draws and chester draws). The only down side is that it doesn’t come with a dressing table!

Simon, the manager, was very helpful when I enquired on the phone about items in stock. When I called in, he was also very informative about products and comfort levels. A good shopping experience.

Positive energy
Positive energy when talking to sale team and very supportive and friendly with lots of knowledge about the beds. Simon who served me offered all options and provided lots of information and advice about the beds and the cover that is offered at bensons and I could give my trust in what he told me.
