Excellent service from Zam and Chloe at the Boltongate store. No sales pressure from either of them, but most helpful when I needed assistance. Zam in particular was very pleasant in dealing with all the questions I put to him on my second visit to the store. Hope all goes just as well with the delivery.

Polite and very coaches very helpful Explain my choices clearly. Altogether a good experience.

The member of staff listened to what we wanted, then gave us a choice of beds to try. They calmly explained the ordering and delivery process. They explained the finance options. All in all an excellent shopping experience.

The sales man was brilliant and gave us lots of advice and information.Made our purchase easy to buy .

Excellent service from friendly, professional and helpful sales and delivery staff

A first Class customer service experience from Zam yet again! We have purchased several beds over the past 10+ years and most recently in 2021, 2023 and September 2024. The whole process was easy from using the 'test bed' to find the correct firmness rating, trialling various beds and deciding on preferred bed. No sales pressure or upselling, just an honest desire to make sure that we were happy customers. Bolton Gate Bensons is the place to buy a bed if you want quality, personal attention and first class service! Thank you Zam - and Simon. A great experience. Excellent.

Excellent service. They were very helpful

Very quick and easy process to buy the bed that we wanted

Professional and well advised. Listened to and directed to appropriate mattresses.

Got a fantastic deal, shop assistants were really helpful and answered all our questions with good knowledge of the product. Delivery company also excellent, quick delivery and friendly staff.

The assistant was very helpful and nothing to much trouble when asked . Made it a pleasure to shop at Benson's beds with no pressure.

SIMON THE STORE MANAGER LOOKED AFTER US AND EXPLAINED EVERTHING IN GREAT DETAIL.YHEY HAVE A BED THAT THEY CAN ADJUST TO THE BEST SLEEP PATTERN SHOWING YOUR PRESSURE PIONTS .WHEN WE DECIEDED WHICH WAS BEST FOR US WE WERE THEN SHOWED THE BEST MATTRESS FOR US.AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

The salesman ( Phil/Dave ) sorry can’t remember which was very knowledgeable about the products. He was personable and friendly and helpful.

Easy transaction staff were great and very helpful

Very helpful no pressure when looking round

The team at your Bolton store were extremely helpful. There was a slight delay due to the circumstances oversees but this could not be avoided and they kept us up to date constantly on our product. The bed is very comfortable and looks aesthetically great in the room. It has a lot of storage room underneath. The inner metal bar was slightly bent but we are still able to use the bed for the desired reason. We have since been back to purchase bedroom furniture (wardrobe, bed side draws and chester draws). The only down side is that it doesn’t come with a dressing table!
