Great help from the store manager Dave, when we arrived in the Lincoln store on Triton Road. Not too pushy with sales and he was there to answer any questions we had. Looking forward to our new bed arriving in a few weeks 😀

The sales consultant Gemma was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose the right mattress and divan bed for our needs.
The delivery process and options/costs for assembly and removal of old bed and mattress were clearly explained.
The optional aftercare plan was explained to us and automatically added to our invoice, however we asked for this to be removed as we didn’t feel we needed it - IRC it was something like £150 for 3 years cover and covered surface damage only - so recommend you check whether this cover meets your requirements before agreeing for it to be added to your invoice.

The assistant Gemma was patient, understanding and very helpful. She talked us through the sleep technology, which was new for us and gave us plenty of options to choose from.

No pushy salesmen and when we wanted help Jamie helped us. We needed to go and have a think and we did and returned to complete the sale. Jamie explained the differences in mattresses and we were able to hopefully have chosen the right one for us

The manager and his staff at Benson Beds Lincoln were all extremely helpful and made sure a had a first class customer experience .

As a returning customer Casey was able to bring up on the system what we had previously purchased about 4/5 years ago, so that we was able to get the correct mattress that we needed for our bed frame & his knowledge & recommendations was top notch.
The sale went through very smoothly & we was very happy with the whole experience from start to finish. we are just so glad that we returned to the same shop as before.

Very helpful, knowledgable staff who listened to exactly what we were looking for and help guide us to our choice without any pressure at all. Also had a wide range of beds and matched the online deal in shop.

Gemma made the whole experience easy and saved us having to look at a lot of unsuitable mattresses. Gemma also listen to what our needs were. She explained everything to us guided us to the test bed then took us straight to mattresses to suite us. We can't wait to get our new mattress was so comfy and affordable.

Andrew made the whole bed buying experience super easy and was incredibly helpful. I've never brought a bed before and he made the process a lot easier than I'd imagined. Very grateful for the help!

I bought an expensive i-gel mattress from Bensons but the chemical smell from it was so disgusting I could not bear to sleep on it. My eyes were watering and throat very sore after the first night. I opened all the windows but the putrid smell got in my curtains and left an unpleasant lingering odour throughout the entire upstairs. It was a month before Bensons finally got round to taking it away - and the smell was just as obnoxious then. I had to chase Bensons several times to arrange the collection. This was very time consuming and very stressful. The Customer Service I received once I explained the problem was unsympathetic, unhelpful and basically unfriendly - they simply did not want to know. I lost a lot of money when I ordered a replacement organic 'Earth' mattress owing to their inflexible exchange policy (my fault, I should have taken on board the financial implications of the small print properly when I originally signed the agreement). But please be aware, if you are not happy with any part of a purchase you may make from Bensons and want to exchange something, you will be stung very heavily financially! When my replacement mattress was eventually delivered, it was delivered two hours earlier than the two hour window given, which was confirmed the evening before - no advance phone call to let me know, no message, no explanation, no apology. It was a stressful and unpleasant purchasing experience all round - appalling. Please avoid Benson Beds at all costs!

The staff were very helpful, the delivery was on time and efficient and up to now the mattress is good.

Ordered at the Lincoln store September 2025, Gemma provided us with the swatches and showed us various beds set up to enable us to make our decision on the colour of the fabric. Awaiting delivery of two complete beds with mattresses. Customer Service was excellent.
