Great quality product and customer care

The heated gloves are very good quality and the heat is evenly distributed. I did have a slight issue with the battery indicator lights not working correctly (only displaying 2 lights even though battery was fully charged). I contacted customer care and received prompt support and advice from Lucas. The matter was resolved to my satisfaction and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Great customer service

Item was running late but as a result I recieved an upgraded similar pair of insoles which was a nice gesture. The item works well with the heat settings but I would say with the thickness of the insoles that it doesn't fit then in most of my shoes but luckily have one pair with thick insoles that I could replace this with.

Very happy with the cooling hat

Very happy with the cooling hat, incredibly innovative and it works! I plan to buy more this year including in another style new to the collection.. Also a very friendly customer service from clearly a great company. I highly recommend.

Total rubbish

Total rubbish. Stitching interfering wuth toes and keep switching off.
Costumer service says it's our fault.
Don't buy this nonsense.
Look elsewhere.
Very disappointed.

Great product and amazing customer service

The mittens themselves are amazing, kept my hands warm in -37 Lapland conditions but most impressive of all was the customer service - Luc in particular. There was a small issue and they went above and beyond to sort it out for me. I was incredibly impressed and would definitely recommend!

Excellent service and product.

I had to write a review because when a product and company do an excellent service I feel I should say so! I was bought a pair of duel heated pro under gloves which work brilliantly and fit perfectly. I have small hands and have found finding gloves to fit properly difficult but the XS size are perfect. Driving to work on bitterly cold mornings are no longer an issue! Then after around 6 months of use the right hand glove stopped heating. I returned the glove to Bertschat under the 12 month warranty and a replacement was sent back within 2 days! Excellent service and product. Highly recommended company. Thank you.

Heated Gloves PRO.

I ordered the Heated Gloves PRO.
The gloves I received had the tags already removed and loose in the packaging. Also, one of the gloves had a stain on it and did not heat up.
This makes me think I was sent gloves previously worn and returned as faulty.
This may be an isolated occurence, but I am disappointed with the levels of quality control.
The returns process was straightforward and I have been refunded but I can't leave a positive review of my experience.

First of all, we would like to sincerely apologise for the condition in which you received the Heated Gloves PRO. This is absolutely not the standard we aim to deliver.

To clarify, we do not ship used or previously returned products. Our warehouse is located in Northampton, while returned items are processed at a separate return address in Camberley. Because of this separation, it is practically impossible for a returned product to be reshipped to a new customer.

It is possible that something went wrong during the manufacturing process or that an item unfortunately passed quality control without the defect being detected. While this is rare, we fully acknowledge that it should not have happened, and we apologise for the inconvenience this caused.

We are pleased to hear that the return process went smoothly and that your refund has been processed. If you feel the return handling met your expectations, you are of course welcome to adjust your review — but that decision is entirely yours.

I had a problem with one of the Gloves…

I had a problem with one of the Gloves on delivery I contacted them the same day, within 24 Hours they contacted me and automatically sent a new pair of gloves that same day before I could send the bad glove back.
Not had any problems with the gloves I have gone through the whole winter using them 6 days per week cycling to work and back.
Fantastic service will use BERTSCHAT again in the future.

Bought a pair of heated socks only worn them since November yet they’ve fallen apart. Emailed the company with photos but no reply.

I was assisted in acquiring the right…

I was assisted in acquiring the right gloves for my medical conditions. The customer service operative was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable (Luc). The heated gloves were excellent quality. I feel the customer service I received was professional. I would highly recommend this company for excellent products and customer service.
