Bought heated gloves. Delivered quickly, great quality- does what they say! And good customer service

Bought a heated waistcoat. It arrived next day, when I raised an issue with the battery, my problem was resolved quickly. Would recommend. Waist coat has rarely been off since buying it, it’s so efficient.

Swift efficient delivery of gloves in quality packaging, nice as a gift. My partner has Raynauds. These gloves have helped superbly. They warm up quickly, the heat reaches the fingertips and the batteries last well. They are robust and well made, very comfy. Worth the money, would recommend.

Bought heated gloves Jan '25, one developed intermittent fault in less than 2 months. Reported it by email. No response, not even an acknowledgement. Sent 2 more emails. Have still heard nothing, a year later. Great gloves when working, not impressed by so-called "guarantee".

The gloves were great but my wife found them too bulky to do what she needed to with them on. However the company were excellent and refunded the full amount I had paid.

I have used their first generation heated socks for winter and spring daily commute on my motorcycle.

After the first 2 weeks the material was badly pilling and my warranty request was rejected due to user fault.

The socks lasted for 1 season and a half. The batteries are fine and am using them with other heated gear which have identical specs.

I found them very expensive for the quality of the material. Obviously there are now many other more affordable options on the market.

Otherwise they heat very well and the batteries are charging in about 4 hours and last about 4 hours on medium heat (3000 mAh each).

They are really easy to start / stop or change the heating settings during usage and the remote comes handy to adjust it on the go.

I have Bertschat Liner Gloves ,Socks and Baselayer and the quality of the products is fabulous and the speedy service is absolutely outstanding I have and will continue to recommended Bertschat equipment

I bought heated leather gloves and heated hiking socks. Use them all the time and would happily buy again.

Great products. Not cheap but you get what you pay for and these are very good quality.

Good options in terms of heating zones and battery capacity.

Bought a heated sweatshirt for my wife and she has been "living" in it during the recent cold spell - she says it has changed her life.

Everything is just as we expected, good fit, good battery life and easy to recharge

Great foot warmer. I bought these to go fishing and can thoroughly recommend them. They allow me to wear wellington boots (waterproof) and I don’t have to wear my heavy insulated boots which aren’t waterproof. I love the remote control as it allows me to increase or reduce the heat setting without having to remove them.

Best heated gloves and socks I’ve owned.
All of my mountain bike friend are envious of my heated gear on the coldest rides when I just want to be out all day but my friends want to cut the ride short due to cold fingers and toes.

I looked at many heated jilets online before settling on Bertschat and was very glad I did. It arrived in a few days and my husband was delighted with his surprise Christmas present. I was a little concerned that there are only 2 sizes and when my husband tried it on it looked as though it was far too small. However the zips at each side opened up to make it bigger. I bought size xs-m which was a perfect fit for my husband who usually wears size medium. He can now keep cosy when on the golf course. Thank you Bertschat

I have used it every day since October (one foot only, due to Reynaud’s phenomenon) and it is still working well…

Product works extremely well. Used for first time by wife skiing in very cold conditions - warmth greatly appreciated. Quality product. Also as a Christmas gift, support team were very helpful to ensure arrived on time.

The gloves I recently purchased to help with my Raynaud’s work well with heating to both sides of my hands including the fingers. I had issues with one battery draining much quicker than the other one which was resolved with replacement batteries and excellent customer service.

I purchased a pair of battery powered thermal socks from Bertschat. My experience was excellent. The ease of placing the order, receiving the goods well packed and delivered on time as promised with a very high quality product supplied was all fine with no issues.

In Feb 2025 I bought a heated gilet from Ororo and that was my first purchase of heated clothing. While I really like the Ororo gilet, I was disappointed that they don't make any garments with heating in the lower back, which is where I want it most. Secondly, I got a bit fed up with all the promotional emails they kept sending me.
Consequently I decided to look for another provider and found Bertschat. I bought my Bertschat heated hoodie in April 2025 and I've been very pleased with it.

What I like:
+ The hoodie has a heating element in the lower back which is just what I wanted
+ The garment appears reasonably well-made and good quality
+ Even without switching it on, it's still quite a warm piece of clothing
+ The item was delivered promptly and I have not been bombarded with marketing emails
+ Bertschat's batteries are cheaper and have more capacity than Ororo's
+ Also the connector for Bertschat's batteries is a USB-A port which means you could use a generic power bank instead, whereas the Ororo garments have a different connector which means you have to use their batteries which are a bit pricey. Personally I haven't needed to use a power bank because I bought two Bertschat batteries with my hoodie, which I would highly recommend so you never end up with a dead battery and no spare.

What I'm not so keen on:
- With the Ororo gilet, you only have to press the button on the chest to switch it on, whereas with the Bertschat hoodie I have to reach into the pocket to switch the battery on first and then press the button on the chest. I assume this is an added safety feature, to prevent the garment from being turned on accidentally
- The Bertschat logo, which is just the name BERTSCHAT written in large capital letters on the chest, is way too big and too prominent for my liking
- The zip is a bit too exposed compared to other hoodies I have. Because of this I've found it can sometimes scratch my neck. I'd like to see Bertschat improve on this and enclose the zip like M&S do with their hoodies.
- Ororo conceal their batteries inside an inner pocket, leaving the two outer pockets free. With the Bertschat hoodie, however, the battery is in the outer left pocket, which means I come into contact with it every time I put my hands in my pockets
- Also, after many months of repeated use, the cuffs on my Bertschat hoodie have become bobbly. Again, this has not happened with M&S hoodies which have had even more use.

For me, the ultimate heated garment would fuse the best of both Ororo and Bertschat.

Although I have suggested some improvements, I have opted for 5 stars because this hoodie has kept me so warm this winter and helped me to keep my heating bill a bit lower.

For many years I have struggled with cold feet cycling in winter. Your socks have completely changed my experience so I no longer feel any discomfort, even in the coldest of days. Quality product that is easy to maintain. The fob to control the heat is fantastic
