Voilà qui ressemble à une escroquerie ?

J'ai renvoyé les gants qui marchaient mal.
Le service client a prétendu avoir reçu un carton vide. Malgré de nombreuses tentatives, je n'ai pu avoir aucun contact avec ce service client qui n'a jamais répondu à mes nombreux mails.
Voilà qui ressemble à une escroquerie ?

Supporto rapido ma inefficace - Prodotti costosi per la loro reale qualità ed affidabilità

Nulla da dire riguardo al servizio clienti. Therm-ic che si è resa disponibile a sostituire le mie solette riscaldanti difettose (oltretutto acquistate da un loro rivenditore e non da loro sito ufficiale).
Peccato che le due paia mandate in sostituzione hanno entrambe smesso di funzionare dopo pochi giorni, così come quelle acquistate in primo luogo. Alla terza richiesta di sostituzione (e svariate richieste di poter restituire le solette per verifica interna e mostrare la mia completa trasparenza ed onestà) Therm-ic mi ha proposto un buono dal valore di 50€ per l' acquisto di calzini termici tramite sito ufficiale.
Per quanto sia stato un gesto apprezzabile non ritenevo giusto ricevere un rimborso parziale, in quanto sin dal primo acquisto non ho mai potuto realmente beneficiare delle solette (sempre e solo difettose).
Quando ho spiegato il mio malcontento al servizio cliente, mi hanno risposto scocciati, dicendo che sin dall' inizio non era loro responsabilità ma del rivenditore, hanno cancellato il buono precedentemente emesso e chiuso la mia richiesta di supporto (esplicitando che non avrebbero mai più risposto a mie ulteriori richieste via mail)
Capisco perfettamente il supporto sarebbe dovuto essere gestito dal rivenditore ma ritengo che in veste di produttore questo non sia stato il migliore degli approcci.

Going the Extra Mile and a Shining Halo

I was searching for some replacement ski boot heated insole batteries for my wife's ski boots. Despite searching high and low for Sidas batteries, it was impossible to find a direct replacement. I contacted Sidas in the hope of finding a source. I was quickly informed by Liam that they no longer had that model in their inventory and did not hold any stock. I thought that was the end and an expensive replacement set of insoles was necessary. Liam was an absolute gentleman and had a hunt around the facility and found some similar batteries lurking in dark and dusty corners. Without hesitation he sent them to me free of charge, despite me wishing to forward suitable recompense. You cannot and do not find service like that often in your life and I cannot thank Liam enough, hence the outstanding and superb review. Thank you Sidas and Liam deserves a pay rise.

Poor performance heated mitts & customer service

In January 2025, I purchased the Thermic heated mitts. They have never worked properly. The right one is now dead. I have both called and e-mailed customer service to inquire about repair. No response, even after 10 days. Terrible product, very expensive, does not work and customer service is non-existence.

Heated mittens don’t work…

Heated mittens ordered and delivered within 48 hrs which I had paid for which was great. Didn’t have time to charge when received as flying to ski . Plugged in when arrived in France. After 10 hrs charge still on red and gloves wouldn’t turn on. Emailed company who claimed I needed to connect the batteries to gloves but had already done that. Another 10 hrs of charge and still no charge going into batteries . Another complaint sent and again a short response telling me to check connections . Have plugged in at home in the UK now and still gloves won’t charge. Now awaiting another response from company and await next stages . Very frustrating to have spent this money for a product that doesn’t work

Therm-ic gloves: Save your money, these are not good!

The gloves felt great in a warm room but they offer very little when the temperatures fall. I was so unhappy that I returned the gloves only to be told that they were functioning normally. If that's the case, they are not fit for purpose.
Even if they did provide heat, the batteries cannot cope with a whole day, even on the lowest setting. The life cycle reduces in colder temperatures, so you can see the problems.
My advice, invest in good inner gloves and forget these...they have been an expensive mistake.

Lacking quality and customer support.

I was gifted a pair of heated socks last Christmas. They seemed great that season. The next season, one of the socks didn’t heat up and I emailed customer support. After some back and forth they won’t replace the sock unless I provide the original receipt from purchase, which we couldn’t track down. Additionally, if it were past 2 years they wouldn’t even do anything which is quite terrible for a product that gets used 3-4 months of the year and is extremely expensive.

Very disappointed in both the quality of the product and the customer support. I’ve used hot tronix for years and never had them deny a claim when their product stopped working.

very poor durability

I've bought five batteries and three pairs of socks in two years. Three of the batteries are no longer rechargeable after two years. Two of the three pairs of socks no longer conduct electricity. An extremely overpriced product that I personally wouldn't buy again.
