The heated hoodie arrived within 4 days of ordering, upon opening I was surprised by the quality of the product . And found others no where near the same quality

Ordered the Bertschat heated shirt pro usb on a Friday around 3pm, delivered next day which is amazing service. This item was for my wife and normally wears a small, but research recommended next size up. Medium was too big. Exchange was so easy and 3 days later I had a small delivered which fits my wife perfectly. The heated part is excellent and hopefully stops my wife moaning she is cold. 🤣

Gloves good quality, sizing a tad snug but still double heated worked well at -18 ski trip to Norway. Returns process was easy and money refunded quickly on gloves we decided to return as came late due to bank holidays not the companies fault.

Ordered online, arrived promptly, charged up on arrival and have used a number if times cycling in the cold weather. Made a massive difference, no waxy white feet at the end of a ride and the pain of thawing them out in the shower. Result.

Great socks for keeping my cold feet warm and chilblain free. More sizes would be helpful and a bit more padding under the wiring - first time wearing I got a blister on the top of my second toe as the socks are a little too big and the wiring chaffed. Second time I wore a pair of thin socks underneath but this hampered the warming function. Third time I taped a lint dressing over my longest toes which worked great but a bit of a faff. The long socks mean the battery pack is at the top of my calf so wearing in snug wellies may be a challenge/uncomfortable.

Gloves are great, my one gripe is the glove sizing.
I’ve not got big hands so I ordered large which were way too small. Re-ordered the XL size and they’re better but still a bit tight.

Heated gloves work fine,however size is still quite tight even though the gloves are xl xxl reconsider size as putting gloves on may damage element on reflection a bigger size would ha e better for me plus the gloves are fairly expensive

I was very nervous about ordering as the products are so expensive. However I ordered the ladies 10 zone heated hoodie. My daughter runs cold and I thought it would help when lambing started and we’re up all night!
The hoodie itself was a little small. My daughter is 5’ 2” and wears xxsmall T-shirts so I ordered a ladies small.
Unfortunately it was too small even for her. It was quite short in the body and would have ridden up when she was working.
I returned the hoodie (very simple and quick) and a nervous wait ensued.
I had asked for an email receipt when the hoodie arrived but didn’t hear anything.
After 12 days I emailed and was told they had received the hoodie and would send the next size.
I am expecting the medium hoodie to be delivered today.
Fingers crossed!

Questions to the Bertschat team were answered promptly and efficiently. Delivery and packaging were excellent. The product (Heated Bicycle Gloves PRO - Dual Heating) is well made and does a very good job of keeping hands warm in cold weather.

My only criticism is the fact that it is a little difficult to determine detailed differences between the various types of heated glove products on the website. A comparison chart would be helpful.

After a fair amount of research, I decided to go with BERTSCHAT® heated gloves and socks, and I wasn’t disappointed. I didn’t feel the cold once, neither in my feet nor my fingers. I was genuinely impressed by how warm they were.
There was no need to run them on full power either; low or medium settings were more than sufficient, and the batteries easily lasted the whole day on the slopes.
The only minor downside (and it’s really not a big issue) is that the glove batteries feel slightly bulky. Other than that, they’re excellent products and I’d happily recommend them.

For the past five years to much success I have been using heated insoles in walking boots and ski boots,I have just replaced them with some Bertschat heated socks pro long and I have to say my feet have never been as warm , the socks are comfortable and the battery last for two days hiking last week, highly recommend them

Everything arrived safely on time and they look good quality. The only slight issue is that when I ring the UK number provided it is an automated message saying all lines are busy. After ringing a few times I get through to your head office eventually when the people I jhave then spoken to have been more than helpful.

Not good , i wasn’t told that my package was thrown over my neighbours gate … so my parcel was sitting there for over a week ..then the package was found by my neighbour.. i sent the gloves back.. not a great experience

the heated gloves i purchased was up graded free of charge which was a nice surprise when i opened them , the gloves are of great quality get really hot and just fantastic will buy from this company again .

Excellent product and works well, keeping palm, back and all fingers warm .
On sizing I ordered an XL when measurements suggested L and the XL is the right fit for me. My wife measured and ordered S and that was the right fit for her.
Delivery was prompt

Great customer service, excellent product, expensive but they work

Interesting line of products although I do not like hidden costs. The socks should come with batteries as they are otherwise useless. I suppose someone might be purchasing a second prayer with intention of using the same batteries however it should be made clear on your website that if it is a first pair, batteries are needed BUT not included

Ordered a pair of heated gloves for my wife as she feels the cold in her hands. Paid £3.00 for fast delivery at 19:00 and the gloves arrived 12:45 the next day, excellent service. Gloves appear to be of good quality, charged them up and my wife is thrilled with them. She says she should have purchased a pair years ago. Only had them a week, but quality looks good and fingers crossed they last a good while.

A game changer.
