Great pair of gloves…heated and do the trick perfectly. Very good quality and quick dispatched.

I've bought a pair of these gloves and honestly they're not really warm even on the high setting, they are also very inflexible. I have had contact with the company and they offered to change them but I don't think I want to pay another £80 for dual heating...disappointed with the gloves for£109. The company seem fine but I really wanted the gloves to be better.

I've had my heated insoles for about 18 months. They work really well, remembering they do take up more space in your shoe/boot than normal insoles.
I had an issue with the remote controller, but Bertschat kindly replaced it FOC.

I am delighted with my heated gloves. They are lovely soft leather and therefore really comfortable. I have Raymond’s which usually means numb hands in winter but I have not had cold hands since getting them and the weather has been extremely cold. The customer service has been excellent. Quick delivery and prompt response to a query about the batteries.

Its perfect gear not at all bulky fits well under my motorcycle gear so not so trussed up but nice & warm 👍

I ordered a pair of heated cycling gloves and they were delivered very promptly. I suffer from drug related white fingers. The gloves are a good fit and not too bulky. The dual heating is very effective for my outdoor activities - walking/cycling/driving. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone with cold hands.

The customer service is faultless! Enquiring emails answered almost immediately with fantastic help and support. Replacement power packs sent by return of post, I cannot fault this company, it has been a refreshing change to deal with them.

Bought the heated body warmer Pro for husband as he was struggling to play golf. He is on blood thinners and struggles with the cold now.
It has made a massive difference, make sure you adjust so its a nice snug fit and it lasts for hours.
No more moaning when he gets home, the golf is better as now no body tension due to the cold.
Best Christmas present I could have bought him.

Yes I can feel that they are trying but I expected more for the money!
Whether the limited edition version would have been warmer I don’t know but £180 was a lot of money for me to spend on a pair of socks and I expected them to be far warmer!
Couldn’t recommend them which is a shame as if they had been good my partner would have bought a pair as well as she was waiting to see if I thought they were good before she spent the money.

Arrived promptly and first gloves that really keep hands warm in any weather , even on bicycle. I have Reynard's disease so these are a god send.

Ordered a heated as a present for my wife. The hoodie is great but there was an issue with the initial battery. Bertschat sent a replacement straight away no questions asked an it arrived the next day. This was great service as in was the middle of the Christmas holidays. Thank you to Michiel who managed my issue for me.

Update: The refund has now been issued following escalation to a manager, who responded promptly and resolved the issue.

The main problem was not the refund itself, but the amount of time and repeated chasing it took to get there. I was given conflicting information over multiple phone calls regarding the return address and shipping label, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration.

I appreciate the manager stepping in and addressing the situation, and I’m glad this is being discussed internally. Hopefully this helps improve the process for future customers.

Great website exceptional delivery time

The products are excellent, well thought out design.
I've only worn the socks once under my fishing waders and on the medium setting they kept my toes from getting cold.
A couple of points:
1) It's a pity the heated area doesn't cover the heels.
2) I'm still awaiting a reply to a question I posted on the website but its a bit academic now as I took a chance and ordered them.

Gloves were delivered promptly, good quality, needed to return as size too small even though I used the size chart, went for strong battery, this is thicker than normal, as its pocket is inside the glove this meant glove wouldn't fit over sleeve of coat. (Unusual
other gloves batteries pocket are on the outside) Replacement XL with normal battery delivered after about a week, again too small, according to size chart should have been way to big, returned and refund came through within the week. Customer service good throughout.

The ease of being connected and talking with a human was comforting to say the least. The friendliness of the staff was top drawer and the willingness to help with any question, was dealt with in a professional and relaxed manner. Thank you.
