Me being stupid I messed up when completing some travel PCR tests and started panicking and when I say Chris from Bootle clinic saved me I mean it. Excellent customer service and also really good at calming me down because I was sure I ruined everything. So yeah if you read this I hope he gets a raise or something because dealing with me was definitely not easy. Thank you Chris!

PCR test at Warrington branch at 8.00am - results back just after 6pm. Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Everywhere is pristine clean - highly recommend

Went to Warrington Test Centre for Antigen Test at 8.30am today as it was required before going on a cruise tomorrow.
Booking was easy on line last week and everything went very smoothly, from the welcome in the Test Centre to doing the tests to receiving the results . We were told that we would receive the emailed results within 3 hours but in reality we received them in just under an hour from the tests being done.

Picked up my travel PCR kit on Thursday dropped it off Friday 6.30pm had results by 11.15pm that evening. Amazing service and it cost £19.99.

I ordered an in-clinic test at the Bootle, Liverpool site. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted by two lovely women who ran me through the process. I was shown to an area to take the test and then posted the test in the drop box there and then. I took my test at 3:30PM and received my results at 9pm the same day. Could not fault the service - thank you.

I just want to say a massive thank you to you. After a mistake made by myself and today turning into a very stressful day. I feel like you have actually cared about what was happening. A few hours later and I receive a fantastic phone call from Danny making everything OK again. Can't thank you enough. Its the small things in life that really matter. You just made 2 people very very happy.

I've used their services a couple of times now. Most recently, I used their pre-travel PCR test for Japan and at the check-in counter for JAL, they refused my report as the information wasn't enough for the Japanese entrance requirement. It was Easter Friday but I emailed and called to explain my situation and what Japan seems to want as a proof on the report and Danny kindly and as quickly as possible, amended and added the information required for my travel. Thanks to their customer service and trying their best to resolve the issue, I was able to have my report accepted and depart UK and enter Japan without an issue. It was pretty intense hour before departure but I am so amazed and thankful for their and especially Danny's swift response. Thanks again!

Needed pcr tests on a bank holiday , only company I could book on a Good Friday, Told us the results would take 24 hours had ours back in 4 hours, professional service we will definitely use again.made the run up to holiday less stressful. Thankyou.

this people are fast and efficient and so cheap compared to other providers on the market. I hope we’ll not need tests for long time but as long is needed here’s where i get mine ( i sent the test in, yesterday afternoon and the results came the following day by 7pm ) also i received the test home in a day, so worthy £20!!!!

Fantastic quick and efficient service. Booked into Bootle at 1020 this morning. So quick and easy and staff on duty today were exceptional. So helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Great service - result back within 6 hours.

My real fear was the weekend prior to my journey but the timeliness and ease of operation online was super. I got my results Monday afternoon meaning the post office did good job and BioGrad Diagnostics acted with diligence. It was very affordable too. I give the personel 5 stars and 1000%. Thank you. BioGrad was recommended by a friend. I went to the Stanley Road clinic on Sunday at 5.30pm. The result was sent to me just before midnight. The girls working there were great and very friendly. I will definitely use again if the need arises. Thank you. I was Negative by the way.

Quick and efficient service, with the results about 6 hours later. Results emailed and also a up call to make sure I had received them via email.

We ordered x3 Postal PCR fit to travel tests. Made a quick phone call to BioGrad just to check we were taking the tests on the correct day in time to get results.
No problems, we got the results within 12 hours of arrival at lab. Just like they said on their website.

I bought a pcr test cheaply and efficiently, which I needed to travel. The codes and tests were delivered very quickly and so were the results. I am satisfied with their service.
