Klantenservice telefonisch moeilijk bereikbaar, via email loopt goed en vriendelijk. Enige oplossing was de stofzuiger opsturen naar 'TechRepair'. Opgestuurd met borstel probleem -> antwoord dat er scheuren in het frame zitten. Nul over de reden dat wij hem opstuurden: de borstel! Zo bijzonder, dat na dit melden er geen enkele reactie meer kwam. Enige optie is nog rechtsbijstand, zonde zonde zonde.

Héél tevreden van mijn robotstofzuiger. Maakt alles goed schoon. Werkt perfect! Aanrader

Ich bin ehrlich der das Live TV ist echt gut aber das Internet von mir ist Top aber im Fernseher der größte Müll der Fernseher ist nicht doof aber die Annahme vom Internet der Fernsehers und Müll das Internet an , aus , an , aus

Leider muss man mind. einen Stern anklicken, damit man eine Bewertung abgeben kann. Sonst hätte die Firma Blaupunkt 0 Sterne bekommen.
Bei der Bestellung meiner neuen Küche, hat der Küchenplaner die Firma aufgrund des Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses empfohlen. Wir haben darauf vertraut und einen Kühlschrank und eine Spülmaschine von Blaupunkt bestellt. Der Kühlschrank ist zum Glück noch während der Gewährleistung kaputt gegangen (hat sich von innen aufgelöst) und die Körbe der Spülmaschine rosten komplett durch. Nach vier Jahren muss ich die Körbe komplett ersetzen. Kostenfaktor 250-300 Euro. Kulanz gleich Null..die Firma ist der Meinung, dass es üblich ist, alle 4 Jahre seine Körbe zu ersetzen. FAZIT: ich werde dort nie wieder etwas bestellen und kann jedem davon abraten!

Service suuuuper Schlecht.

Nachdem mein Produkt nach einem halben Jahr defekt war (In ear Buds), habe ich dieses auf eigene Kosten per Post an Blaupunkt gesendet. Nach ca. 3 Monaten kam es wieder zurück, da die Adresse des Servicecenters angeblich nicht existiert.

Beim 2. Versuch (andere Adresse versucht) kam sogar nach ein paar Wochen eine Eingangsbestätigung. Seitdem noch einmal eine Mail, dass der Prozess sich verzögert und dann Stille.

Habe dann des Öfteren Mails an den Service geschrieben -und keine ANtwort erhalten.

40€ einfach weg, danke Blaupunkt.

Brought a log effect heater last year put it on for the second time this year and has melted the outer casing only have it on for 20 minutes to warm the room up let's say it's now been sent to the shed and will not be using it again this is very dangerous

This air fryer oven does a great job, I've had one before so I was expecting good results. I got the 21ltr and to be fair, it's small. It cooks well, if you can plug it in with its miniscule cord, there were scratches that gives it a used look although it was well wrapped and sealed, marks from the factory? It's a shame because the joke of a cable and marks really let a good product , albeit loud, down. It's so inconvenient that it only gets two stars.

Brought the blaupunkt aquajet spot cleaner from b&m for £59. I found it really easy to use and it got so much dirt out of the carpets. Also used on my armchair and it came up lovely. So far so good.

Have just purchased the power force extreme 22v cordless vacuum all I can say is don’t bother it is absolutely useless cannot hoover whole house in one charge .The suction is non existent.Not a happy customer

Na exact 1 jaar rolt de veger niet meer aan de onderkant. Tot die tijd heel tevreden! Nu zoek ik contact met hen over de garantie, maar wacht al 2 weken op reactie.. via de e-mail 0 respons. Telefonisch krijg ik niemand aan de lijn. Hoop dat ze die klachtenservice verbeteren. So far mijn review 1 ster

PIB 100 Steckdosenradio nach nicht mal einem Jahr defekt.
Seit über 7 Woche keine Reaktion vom Kundenservice, obwohl mehrfach angeschrieben.

Literally horrible support! I have bought robot vacuum. It was with with WiFi password. 3 weeks support can't do anything!!! How is it possible?

Bought a Blaupunkt easy glide detachable iron - what a waste of money. After using a handful of times it stopped working completely because the cable kept disconnecting from the base unit. It also kept leaving dirty water stains on the steam facility so had to give up on the steam in the short time it was actually working. Sadly I’d lost the receipt otherwise it would have gone straight back to store. I just wanted to vent what a poor product this is and to stop anyone else wasting their money or to make sure they keep hold of their receipt/warranty as they will no doubt need it.

Mijn 1-score is gebaseerd op de klantenservice en het product zelf.

De ontvangen robotstofzuiger werkte vanaf het begin af aan niet naar behoren. Ik heb hierover contact opgenomen met de klantenservice van Blaupunkt via de door BlauPunkt geboden opties (via de BlueBot-app, via WhatsApp, per telefoon en per e-mail), maar het duurde uiteindelijk zo'n 3 weken voordat ik een reactie kreeg. En dat voor een bedrijf dat beweert 'snel' ('Vaak lukt dit dezelfde dag', aldus de website ) te reageren.
De reactie met geboden oplossing volstond ook niet - mij werd een reparatie met risico op eigen kosten aangeboden, terwijl ik het apparaat defect had ontvangen.

Het resultaat is (vooralsnog) dat ik een matig werkende robotstofzuiger heb en gefrustreerd ben over de slechte klantenservice van Blaupunkt. Ik zou niet snel nog iets bestellen bij Blaupunkt.

Bought a Blaupunkt 'Illuminating toaster 2-slice' and found that there is no easy way to get small slices of toast out of the slots once they're done. If you poke your fingers in the slots you'll get burnt - or possibly even electrocuted!
Avoid this product.

A bunch of jockers bought fan and the box came with missing part 2 time, turn it back and just spent a bit more for a better product (not to count the waste of time and petrol, company like this shuld be liable for the time they make you west), they sey it's supposed to be a german company but clearly quality of a the worst made in china possibile

Habe ein Blaupunkt Bremen (400€)Autoradio was nach 2 Jahren und 3 Monaten Kaput ist. Laut Website eine Garantie von 3 Jahren, jedoch will dort niemand was davon wissen. Nun bietet man mir eine Reperatur für 89€ an IM Granatiezeitraum. Absoulte frechheit, mit Qualität hat das nichts mehr zu tuen

Do not buy the dual airfryer. After using the first one we had 2 times the fan stopped working. We got this replaced from the shop and now this has happened with the second airfryer. We have had this 2 months and does not work at all.
