Handheld hoover.... do not buy!!! Waste of money you would be better sucking dirt up through a straw would have more suction! Does NOT work!

I bought a new Blaupunkt kettle 3 weeks ago. It is DANGEROUS!!!! It fused my whole house. Upon investigation it was because it was leaking heavily underneath. Shocking! I will never buy another Blaupunkt product ever again. Customer Services non-existent!!

Clear view blaupunkt kettle bought 6 months ago ,only got because looks good ,,what a load of crap , stopped working checked fuse ok ,, why is everything made crap now

I have just bought it and trying it on the first day. First impressions - fab!!!

Bought this from B&M 2 weeks ago used max 6 times!!!! the fan stopped working and the whole appliance was absolutely burning hot,i checked the back and burnt my hand, all the lights was lit up but the fan wasn't working if i had left it any longer this appliance would 100percent set on fire it was that hot! its just not worth it, so i went and bought a ninja and you can tell the difference.

What a waste of time, touch screen that is so unresponsive its unbelievable, Stiff clunky Pull out baskets, E3 error message popping up every 5 minutes. Difficult to change things once started, Worst thing I have bought for a long time.

They delivered an used item. Asking to ship product back on my expenses to their national warehouse.

Blaupaunkt Cordless Hoover with rotating brush is superb!
Has built in LED lights that every vacuum should have.
Picks up every piece of dust and dog hair well.
(other reviewers obviously don't clean the filters etc!)
We have 2 labs so you can imagine the amount of hair & dust they produce.
This vacuum is every bit as good as the over priced Sharks/Dysons etc, I know because I have used both these models in the past
Why on earth do they cost so much when this vacuum does every thing they do, and is very light & easy to use.
I have 2.... one for upstairs & one for downstairs
I suspect people buy dyson/shark for the "brand" name & snob value...."brands" are dead now, they have been robbing us for years, and now especially with food/cars, big brands are on the way out

Vom ersten Tag an waren wir mit der Spülmaschine von Blaupunkt höchst unzufrieden. Die Körbe sind vollkommen unpraktisch angelegt, früher hätte man gesagt "von Männern entwickelt". Spültabs, egal welcher Marke, lösen sich regelmäßig nicht auf. Wenn sie sich doch auflösen, dann ist dies jedoch kein Garant dafür, dass das Geschirr am Ende tatsächlich sauber ist. Also gehen wir dazu über, das Geschirr vorab mit heißem Wasser zu reinigen. Resultat: mancher Teller kommt schmutziger heraus als man ihn reingelegt hat, Gläser sind gelegentlich milchig.

Wir reinigen die Maschine regelmäßig, doch es nutzt alles nichts. Mittlerweile, das Gerät ist etwa drei Jahre alt, kennt die Tür der Maschine nur noch zwei Stellungen: komplett auf und zu. Die neueste Überraschung, die dieses technische Meisterwerk für uns bereithält: die Geschirrkörbe rosten, zahlreiche Stifte zum Einlegen der Teller sind bereits durchgerostet (und damit abgebrochen).

Dies ist die fünfte Spülmaschine in meinem Leben und es ist mit Abstand die schlechteste. Wie ein anderer User schon schrieb: wer billig kauft, kauft zweimal.

Ich kann nur positiv den Kundeservice bewerten. Mein Saugroboter ging nach 28 Monaten kaputt. Hab an Blaupunkt geschrieben und sollte das Gerät kostenfrei an das Servicezentrum Dietzenbach Teknihall GmbH einsenden. Dort kam !!4 Monate !!! keinerlei Reaktion und danach ein Kostenvoranschlag mit dem Hinweis, dass das Gerät außerhalb der Garantiezeit ist. Ich sollte einen hohen Kostenvoranschlag zahlen oder das Gerät wird nach 20 Tagen ohne weitere Ankündigung entsorgt. Die Alternative: Gerät unrepariert zurück für 30,00 € netto. Nach Beschwerde bei Blaupunkt wurden die Reparaturkosten umgehend und kundenfreundlich übernommen.
Ich gebe also dem Servicezentrum Dietzenbach Teknihall einen Stern und Support-Team von Blaupunkt fünf Sterne.
Fazit: gerne wieder Blaupunkt!!!!

We purchased a 40" Blaupunkt Google t.v (Model no. BP400FSG9800) a little while ago. We paid just under A$300 which we thought wasn't a bad price, and to be fair, the television itself isn't that bad and was easy to set up. But the t.v. remote... oh dear, oh dear, oh dear, what can I say? It is a cheap, tacky and nasty little unit which would be better sold as a childs toy. The buttons are unresponsive, and need to be pressed several times before they work. The 'Home' button is a joke, refusing to operate, even when I speak nicely to it. I'm sure I can't be the only person who's had this problem. I would rather have spent another twenty dollars (or whatever) and got a proper t.v control unit. Don't buy this t.v. unless you're prepared to fork out another 50-60 dollars on a decent universal remote control unit, and even then, please be aware. Although the universal control unit we purchased was supposed to work with our Blaupunkt t.v., it didn't, despite the choice of several code numbers.
Not the best buy we've ever made, not by a long way.

Before it caught on fire at the bottom ( actual flame appeared in bottom and burning plastic smell was so strong ) Thabk god I literally just turned it on .. turned around to get the pizza and it just went on fire .. I was terrified as I live on a top floor flat .. Please be careful

I’ve had a Blaupunkt cordless steam iron for three weeks and it’s a big disappointment. It’s far too heavy for comfort, doesn’t get hot enough and, even when it does heat up (as much as it ever does) as soon as you lift the iron from the base it loses heat. Even worse, when you lift the iron it gets stuck in the base so the base gets dragged along with the iron. Ironing takes much longer because the iron constantly needs re-charge. I can’t think of one positive thing to say about it.

Zweiter Reparaturfall nach Ablauf der Garantie. Wer spart zahlt zwei Mal. Diese Erfahrung mit einer 3 Jahre alten Spülmaschine müssen wir nun auch machen.

The worst technology to have ever graced planet earth. I’ve seen sloths move quicker than the navigation on this TV. Whoever thought it was a good idea to release technology this bad, needs a reality check and a change of career.

Finger weg von Blaupunkt!!! Zwei Fernseher gekauft, beide nach Garantieablauf (25 bzw. 26 Monaten) defekt...

The picture ok for the unit first out of the box, but not great, particularly in daylight.
The remote control was laggy and the user interface wasn't that friendly. The sound was terrible and it requires a sound bar to make it useable.
I had the unit wall mounted and after 3 weeks of use it started to develop pixilation which rendered the TV unwatchable.
I reached out to Office Works whom I purchased the TV from, who put me in touch with their outsourced warranty company "AYONZ PTY LTD", who claimed the unit had been physically damaged. They determined this by watching a video I took, and not inspecting the unit.
What a joke.
Never ever buy a Blaupunkt TV and think twice about the poor back up service you are likely to receive from Office Works.
Purchased in Sep 2023 for $497.

None existent customer service response.
Bought a 24inch TV via Amazon and it loses connectivity to the wifi. It seems like a common fault.
Amazon have been useless and I will never by another Blaupunkt product. No response from customer service to our requests (it is 3 months old) & premium rate line that no-one answers. Simply AWFUL avoid at all costs

Bought air fryer in Jan 2023. By May 2023 I had to return it as it had gone on fire. Used frequently enough but not enough to catch fire. Just had same thing happen with replacement. My daughter was using it and thankfully she’s old enough to be safe and wasn’t hurt!! Returned to shop I bought it and got refund. Bought a different brand this time

Spülmaschine nach nicht mal 3 Jahren bei seltener Bedienung kaputt gegangen ( Elektronik). Typischer Fall von China-Qualität und Obsoleszenz par excellence! Werde mir eine neue anschaffen, Blaupunkt bleibt für mich auf jeden Fall Geschichte.
Nicht weiter zu empfehlen!!
