We had to order blinds for the whole house & not know where to start. We read the reviews and decided to place our order. We are so impressed with the process from ordering to delivery, just over 1 week from start to delivery. My husband fitted them, perfect fit. I would definitely recommend Blinds UK for a very professional service.

i ordered a blind when it arrived it wasnt what i thought i ordered emailed blinds and realized it was my mistake but the company fixed the mistake right away great service thank you blinds uk

I love my new shutter blinds. They really change the entire look of my room and they complement my house as a whole. The delivery was quick and the product arrived well packed and in good condition. Would definitely use again.

First class customer service from this company. Our Roman Blind had to be returned to be fixed. It was picked up by TNT on the Monday and returned to us on the Friday fixed at no charge.

Great shame. Used to be super to work with, and I have made many purchases in the past, but recent purchase was not as expected and no effort concede. "Customer is always right" philosophy is lost on this company. Arguing an referring to points in T&C which actually were not even supportive to the argument they were making. Over a small amount of money they have lost my custom.

I stumbled upon this site while shopping around for Roman blind quotes. After being quoted half the price of another website I have previously purchased from and seeing good reviews, I decided to go ahead. It did take a while for it to arrive, but it was well worth the wait. The blind fits perfectly, was very straightforward to fit and is excellent quality. I also found the communication to be excellent. There was a van issue with the courier and the updates I recieved on this from Blinds UK were far better than the ones I had from the courier. I will definitely be purchasing again.

Genuine wooden blinds which arrived on time and they are very easy to hang, even if you haven’t done it before, just like me. I have already recommended them to friends and family.

Fantastic customer service! I had been searching for spare parts for some old venetian blinds and no other manufacturers could find what I needed. After emailing Blinds UK they contacted me to say that one of their suppliers had what I was looking for and posted the parts direct to me. Thank you Anna for all your help!

After a lot of indecision on colour, and receipt of many samples, I finally ordered wood venetian blinds. They arrived with the time started. Putting them up was easy (if you’re handy with a drill). They look great. Was impressed by the quality of the operating mechanism as they move up and down well and change angle as wanted in a solid way. Previous blinds have felt fragile.
All in all, I’m happy and would order again.

I’ve now had four blinds made by them, all fab quality, delivered speedily , with polite and courteous communication. So refreshing to get such good customer service!

Excellent quality blinds. Extremely well packaged so arrived in perfect condition. Easy to install. Really good price too. Would highly recommend.

Totally wasted my time. Their site states they deliver to Northern Ireland, I ordered samples which arrived no problem, spent hours measuring for shutters and placed the order. Confirmation stated they deliver to Northern Ireland. They later messaged to say they don’t, unfortunately they’re one of the few lazy companies left that haven’t bothered to get their shipping sorted and just resort to the brexit excuse.
If you’ve half a brain you’ll see 90% of their reviews on here are fake and written by them - check out their other trustpilot which is full of genuine reviews telling the truth about their shoddy service.

Unfortunately there was a bit of a problem when I first ordered my blinds, the fabric had been discontinued despite still being on the website, there is an unusual way of communicating company to customer so I missed the email, long story short, I ordered and paid for my Roman blinds in November, but didn’t receive them until January due to poor communication, however, I have to say I am absolutely delighted with them, they are perfect, well made and of a good quality, I would and will order again, only knocked 1 star off because of the initial problems.

I've used this company over the years, but not recently. I was appalled to receive a blind which was too wide for the recess, brackets with no screws or plugs and no instructions supplied. When I complained she wanted me to lay it all out on the floor & photograph the measurements, at which point I gave up. Trying to balance brackets on each end of blind while using a steel and a camera to "prove" my measurements was beyond a joke. Never using this company again.

I needed new blinds so a friend recommended blinds-uk based on his personal experience. First I got some free samples in order to convince myself and suffice to say they did. I ordered the blinds and they arrived in time, just as quoted. I was relieved when I saw the measurements were correct and that they were very easy to hang. On top of all this, the price is unbeatable, definitely a 5 stars experience!

Received the shutter blinds yesterday. Was very impressed by the quality of the blinds. Have previously bough shutter blinds from other company, but the blinds from Blinds UK are far superior in regards to quality. Excellent service as well from ordering through to delivery. Will definitely be ordering blinds again from this company.

Thank you! This morning my made to measure shutter order arrived just two weeks after ordering it. That is two weeks quicker than I was expecting.

When I ordered I spoke (via email) to Elaine and she was very, very helpful. In fact it was her help that gave me the confidence to order. She sent me templates so I could check before committing to the order.

When I got the parcel inside it took me almost as long to unwrap it as it did to fit it. The packing ensured no 'in transit' damage and the fitting was a doddle. In fact, the coffee I made just as I started, was still warm when I'd finished the job.

To precis the above, thanks. You were great.
I will be recommending you.
