Super fast delivery and extremely good looking blinds. I would gladly recommend blindsuk to anyone.

We’ve been looking on the internet for quite some time to find a design that matches our kitchen, and for a good price also. Thankfully we came across blinds-uk and not only did we find what we were looking for but we also found a company we will definitely come back to in the future.

Package arrived few days after placing the order on their website. The installing process was very simple, and blinds exceeded my expectations. It is impressive how big of a difference some blinds can do to the overall look of a house. Blinds-uk is now my go-to company for blinds. Definitely recommended!

I was being updated constantly and I received my blinds in no time. Putting up the blinds was very easy and I am very happy with how good they can look in the children’s room. I’ve done some research on the market and I am telling you this is amazing value for money that you may not find elsewhere. Would happily recommend.

Everything was perfect sized and good quality. All we had to do was to take the right measurements and blinds-uk took care of everything else. We placed the order on a Monday, and we received it in exactly a week, which is super fast looking at these pandemic times we are living. The products are much more beautiful hanged on our windows than they are in the photos. This is the place I will come from now on if I ever need blinds and I highly recommend this company for this excellent experience.

Absolutely terrible ordered 5 blinds in August, after much chasing 4 blinds arrived late October. Still waiting for the 5th blind it is now late December… still no sign after chasing Grrr! Never again!

The blinds took longer to come and the quality isnt great, they seem thinner and font quite sit right, you can see where the sewing on the back is where they fold when you raise them ( roman blinds) overall really disappointed and will now need to look elsewhere to replace them

Blinds look fantastic in my bedroom. It is a very beautiful addition that finally makes the place seem complete. Since I work on a nightshift, these rollers helped me tremendously, it is the first time ever I’ve had a true blackout blind. Great all around, highly recommended.

This is our first time ever ordering blinds online and therefore we were a little confused about measuring but thankfully, the customer support was very polite and helpful. We received our blinds in a few days and we installed them quite easily. A family member has been using this website for five years already and now I see why, blinds-uk is a trustworthy company that provides great value for money. Will order more.

I am very happy with blinds-uk because they have by far a 5-star customer service, products were delivered in less time than expected and the patterns, colours they provide are extremely beautiful. Found them through google searching and even compared to other people on the market, I find this to be extremely good value for money. Soon I will purchase more blinds to finish my home decorations. dreadful - read the real 1 star reviews. very accurate. they do not deliver in 4 weeks like they say, they will follow up with an email saying it will be months instead. really really poor.

It came a bit late but the blind was well worth the cash I paid. And I will buy from them again. The quality was great, I am very happy and so is my bathroom

The process to order was looked after superbly, by Anna.

She ensured my measurements, and how the doors for the shutters would open, from either side and what how one could choose which types of frames worked for which setting (windows or doors. Anna was prompt with her responses, which was very reassuring.

There was a slight hiccup when I enquired when I would receive my shutters, after waiting for 5 weeks - a little earlier than when I was estimated delivery. I was informed there would be a delay. It would be a further 2 months. However Blinds UK and their manufacturer were fantastic, and I received them sooner. They tried their best, and fortunately it worked well.
In these times when we are short of, drivers, lorries, manufacturers, and materials I would still recommend this lovely company. Our shutters make our home, and raise the standard of its interior.

High quality products and great customer services from start to finish. Price is reasonable compared to the competitors. All you need to do is take your measurements and blinds-uk takes care of everything else. Order has been delivered in a few days, once the blinds arrived, we received easy to understand instructions, no fuss. Happy I’ve chose this company, amazing job. Will use again in the future.

The blinds came on time and fitted perfectly, just like the ones from my previous order from them. I appreciate the consistency and thus I will tell about them to anyone doing home renovations. Great prices, quick delivery and good customer service. Delighted with them, will use again when I need to.

Good customer services when enquiring about purchasing blinds and ordering however this then changed once I paid. I Ordered 8 blinds on 20 sept costing nearly £500, was told by advisor a max of 14 working days which was the 8 oct and I still don’t know when they will arrive, told in a message “should arrive early next week” . Once they have taken your order and money you can’t get to speak to a person, it’s a poor online messaging link where you have to enter a code and keep within the word count to submit it, which is frustrating when you live in an area with a very poor internet service, I was mislead and told a max of 14 working days, then told they couldn’t guarantee, very poor customer service once they got your money, it worrying that Trust Pilot also flag up an alert about this company’s use of their service “We’ve found out that this company’s use of the Trustpilot brand is misleading.”

Update 9 oct I have now received this from blinds uk in a message:
“Dear Tracy,
The supplier came back to us and advises the Classic Palm braid is actually discontinued, regretfully.” It’s took them since 20 sept to tell me what I ordered is now not available, it’s now 9 oct , they told me my blinds will be made urgently if I chose a different braid colour, which contradicts their earlier message that they should be delivered early next week, when they obviously haven’t even been made! I rang and left four messages but answer machine no one returns my calls. However after leaving this review and numerous messages to them, I got a phone call from Elaine who was pleasant on the following Monday morning, offering to refund me as I had asked. I was told if I chose another colour of braid they would get the order out to me that week, I was a bit dubious given my experience so far but I agreed to a copper colour braid which I didn’t really want but by then I couldn’t be coping with going to another company and re ordering 8 blinds again. The blinds arrived on the weds, and I was give 5% refund, they seem well made, I just wish I could have gotten to speak to a person sooner, but after the stress of me ringing and messaging a number of times it was finally resolved on the 13 oct when the blinds arrived

I’ve ordered styleline express plus white and premium white. Each one is perfect. All you have to do is give measurement, then sit back and wait for your delivery. A week later, when they arrived, I’ve installed them easily and fitting is perfect. To my surprise, they look even better than their pictures, design is on point, excellent. 5 stars from start to finish, have nothing to reproach, all I can tell you is that it’s amazing value for money. Highly recommend blinds-uk to anyone.

So, contacted Blindsuk.net to see if they could supply us with replacement brackets for roman blinds we purchased in 2018. We'd taken these lovely blinds with us when we moved house, but forgot to remove the wall brackets. Sigh! Emailed them on Friday afternoon and received an immediate reply from Kristen telling us they would post me replacements that day! Fab. Received the replacements Saturday morning! FAB! PLUS the roman blinds were, and still are gorgeous and so glad we were able to fit them somewhere in our new home. Also, great to be able to reuse something instead of wasting resources! Lovely product, lovely follow up care and customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future! Thanks again!
