Först så har jag försökt i FLERA TIMMAR att lämna in en rapport om förlorat bagage. Det gick inte att, via internet göra det, så jag försökte ringa. De sa att ett sms skulle komma med en länk. Fortfarande efter flera samtal, så har inget sms med länk kommit. Efter flera timmar har jag äntligen lyckats lämna in en rapport i mitt namn. Det gick VÄLDIGT LÄTT att betala för denna extra försäkring. Vi får väl se hur det blir med ersättning, men tyvärr har jag inga bra förhoppningar. Jag råder inga personer att ta denna extra försäkring, även om den är billig. Får vi / jag ingen ersättning så blir det bara en stjärna, då man inte kan ge lägre. Får jag ersättning
så ger jag ett högre betyg. Vi får väl se.

Their instructions to fill out the report were clear, we got a quick response in the creation and tracking of our case, and constant timely updates, even during the time the bag wasn’t found yet. I’ve had my luggage misplaced a couple of times and my Blue Ribbon has always located it, even BEFORE the airline could update us. One time we could retrieve the luggage straight from the airport and manage to make our cruise thanks to this service, the airline was still clueless. Peace of mind had never been so inexpensive. Having just 24 hours from the time your flight lands to file a claim is a scam.

I lost my bags on a flight from dubai togther with others and blue ribbon bags have manged to get my bags back well and trully before everyone else and becose it was after the 96 hours they paid me as well with a smile

Se ha preocupado cada día que se ha estado extraviada la maleta de buscarla e informarme en qué estado se encontraba, el pago y la gestión han sido muy rápidos y eficientes.
Aunte todavía no sepa nada de la maleta, por lo menos he recuperado algo.
Menos mal que contraté el seguro.

Although I was unable to get my claim approved in the specified time, I did receive a thoughtful response from Blue Ribbon Bags explaining the situation. Moreover, I received my luggage and a refund directly from the airline within a few days of the incident.

J'ai souscris à ce service qui pretend que mes bagages sont suivis et que sous 96h je les ais en cas de non livraison à l'arrivée... ou au moins localiser leur situation. Et au cas où sous 96h ce n'est pas fait, je suis dédommagée.
Après m'avoir fait faire toutes sortes de démarches pour justifier, fait détailler tout le contenu de mes bagages avec des délais chaque fois "urgents" sous peine de nullité, ils viennent me sortir des phrases bancales pour ne pas payer, et en plus sans m'avoir dit où se trouvent mes bagages jusqu'à présent. Bref, très déçue. Plus jamais et je ne recommande pas.

Company was not helpful and refused to file a claim for me, will NEVER use them again. Airline instructed us to allow 24 hours to find the bag but now blueribbon said I can't file a claim after 24 hours.

However, after I emailed inquiring about the status of my suitcase, they only replied after I had already sent an email asking if they had any information, even though the suitcase was already in Santiago and being shipped to the customer. But overall, it was a good experience.
