I made a mistake when ordering my replacement screen protectors and expected it to be expensive to correct my mistake. Support was exception and charged me nothing to correct my mistaken order. I experienced exception customer service and will continue to use and recommend BodyGuardz.

I ran into an issue with my order and contacted Customer Service via email. Their response time was fast and their solution to my problem was even faster. I will definitely explore the products BodyGuardz offers and would recommend their products / services to anyone.

Everyone is so responsive and helpful. It's amazing how quickly problems get resolved (even when the problem is my fault and not theirs!)

Tony O. went above and beyond. Not only did he grant my request for a call back, he called me several times over the course of two days as my iPhone was not ringing. He responded to my emails quickly, and was able to fully resolve my issue.

I cannot even begin to tell you what a help Tony O has been with my recent order. I have a 14 Pro and spent the extra money for a better screen protector. As it goes in life, things happen and the screen chipped. When i wrote in to customer service I was blessed enough to get Tony O responding to me. He addressed the issue with me promptly and was able to suggest a better case which I upgraded to. Tony O is the reason I continue to buy from BodyGuardz. I WANT A REFUND!! Your customer service is nonexistent! No one will return my emails. I see why you do not have a phone number to call with order problems.

I have always found this particular company to be professional, and concerned about the customers interest. Regardless of the fact that they do not have a customer service phone number, if you ask by email for a call back, they are more than happy to oblige.

I put in an order for a case and screen protector. They sent me the confirmation and charged my credit card but never sent the email with tracking. Order also not showing on recent orders on their website. They basically charged me for nothing and customer service is impossible to reach. No response for days.

I am a return customer to bodyguard and here is one reason why. I recently made a purchase and I wasn’t able to apply a discount code. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly. They applied the discount and communicated until it was confirmed. Great job bodyguard.

Love this company and their products. They are our go to for screen protectors and phone cases. We don't shop around. We get a phone we go straight to BodyGuardz to order the screen protector and case.
