Excellent service and attention from first appointment to hearing assessment to supplying and fitting new hearing aids. Straightforward explanation of the aids and their capabilities and more importantly how they matched my requirements.

Everything about the hearing tests and the results was well explained. Also the types of hearing aides available with costs giving pros and cons for each type.

Thorough hearing test provided by audiologist and then very good description of all available hearing aids, with range of prices and performance. Excellent fine tuning of hearing aids to suit myself. Highly recommended.

The audiometrist Linda Babu was very professional in carrying out her duties. She explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions. She also made sure I fully understood the complete process. There was also no sales pressure to purchase a hearing aid which was good. Great service from Linda.

Booking an appointment to have my hearing checked was easy.
The appointment began on time.
The examination was thorough. The interpretation I was given of the resulting graphs was clear and coherent.
The inter-personal skills of the specialist who examined me, answered my questions, and demonstrated the capabilities of the product (a set of hearing aids) etc were exemplary.

Everything was efficient. I never felt any pressure. I was taken through the process with care and understanding at every step. It's a big decision and change, but I felt in a confident place to make it.

The audiologist was very good, listened to me and made me feel comfortable. I was able to trial a hearing aid for a walk around the shopping centre for a short while. The options were explained to me and the hearing test seemed thorough, including one where I listened to conversations to check what I heard. I have deducted a star due to pricing policy. I need one hearing aid and it would be reasonable to expect this to be half the cost of two, but that’s not the case. It is more expensive to buy one. And that seems unreasonable.
