My audiologist at Boots Hearingcare, Esther, was exceptionally professional, friendly and helpful. Her knowledge and expertise was outstanding and she was extremely courteous throughout both my appointments with her. This was the first time I have needed hearing aids and Esther was able to able to address all my questions and concerns with the ease of a true professional. I strongly recommend Boots audiology and Esther in particular for the excellent experience and service I received.

Wonderfully helpful and expert staff in the hearing care section….my hearing aids are brilliant….so much better than my old ones. Technology has moved on tremendously in ten years. My particularly delighted with the little gizmo that beams the tv sound right to my aids…am now able to hear all that is said and hear the background music and lyrics.

Secondly, customer care - Janine carefully explained the procedure, and she carried out the task to my great satisfaction.
Overall experience - I was entirely satisfied with the care and attention that Janine provided.
