She was very efficient and personable; managed to give me an appointment and obtain the new hearing aids very quickly after my old ones broke (having lasted 11 years).

I had 3 visits with Elin at Boots, Birmingham. She is a very personable and knowledgeable and above all patient. I would highly recommend her.

I've been a customer for four years since I got my first hearing aid and Elin has been the audiologist for the last couple. She's very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable and has helped with a couple of repairs and trying out different types of hearing aid. The four year guarantee that comes as standard is great and there are no pushy sales techniques. Highly recommended.

Although I have reservations about how effective hearing aids are and how expensive, I have found the personal service given by the clinician to be professional and efficient but also sensitive, understanding and responsive to patient concerns. I could not have asked for more.

Most impressed as was expecting to have to leave charger. Elin. as ever affable and pleasant. Efficient and Effective.
