Excellent!

Very good, friendly & caring. My husband has had hearing aids before but Boots offer a really good package so we feel confident in buying from them.

Everything was pefect

Everything was pefect, All the staff were excellent and made you feel welcome, the only thing that could be improved was the chair in the soundproof room, it was not that comfortable,

Sounds good

So far so good,
I have struggled with my hearing for many years Cathy was very helpful and knowledgeable
she explained everything in detail. I felt at ease and was very grateful to speak to someone who understood the difficulties I am experiencing.
I am due to have my new hearing aids in a few weeks time and am looking forward to having a better quality of life.
