This is the score so far. The diagnostic process went extremely well. However the proof will come after I have started using hearing aids.

Excellent service from the young lady on HearingCare reception (sorry I forgot her name). My aids were not charging properly and she loaned me a more modern / smaller charger which works really well, brilliant.
Haden is always equally brilliant on service.

A lot of care was taken with my hearing test, I knew that I was almost profoundly deaf before the test. However, the new hearing aids have been a revelation to me, I can hear so much more than I could with my previous aids. I am now much more involved in conversations, particularly with my golf club friends. I can also use a telephone!! My wife now has to be more careful about what she says behind my back......!!!

Welcoming Reception from the young lady at the desk. Always outstanding customer service from Hayden. He gives clear explanations and information, thorough testing, could not fault the aftercare service.

Great service, thorough and attentive got our trust but 15mins late seeing us so we had to wait (why is our time less important than theirs!?)

Friendly reception and obviously a highly experienced and professional examiner with great communication skills.

From the word go, We were treated with great consideration. We were helped through the hearing tests and the commissioning of the chosen hearing aids. And so far I am very pleased with the performance of the earpieces and accessories.

He listened to my concerns. Was quick and efficient.

I visited the Cheltenham store today (20/6/2025) as one of my hearing aids was broken. The assistant who dealt with me, Rhiannon, was excellent in every way. She fixed the problem very quickly and efficiently even though she must have been very busy with two members of staff off sick. Rhiannon is a great asset to the Cheltenham Hearing Centre. Thank you very much.

I visited the newly extended hearing centre at Cheltenham, it was a welcoming place friendly staff and Marta in particular was excellent with great advice and was very knowledgeable.

Marta the audiologist was excellent, took great care and explained the devices available very well

The hearing test was very thorough. The staff member who carried out the test was very efficient, respectful, helpful and friendly. I also had advice regarding the best devices - hearing aids that would be beneficial to me.
The Aids are very costly even with a discount available just now. It is a bit of a shock to receive news that the hearing loss is enough to require hearing aids, then to be advised the cost is over £3,500 ! Of course I want the best devices for me so I accept this as I know the hearing aids will be beneficial to me.

From the initial appointment through to the full test and dispensing of hearing aids, I received excellent service. I never felt under pressure everything was fully explained every step of the way.

I was persuaded to pay £2000 for a hearing aid in an ear where I’m not deaf. There were six products, I was only shown the most expensive to try out.

I happily cancelled the order when I came to my senses and have taken my custom elsewhere.
