Everything was explained clearly. The testing was also clear and very thorough. Different options were explored. All undertaken professionally but friendly making me feel at ease. Excellent service

Handled very professionally and friendly.

Could not book appointment in store, was given a phone number to call for booking an appointment, again could not book, got a phone call back the following day to book appointment. This time the person had a very strong accent. Not the best system for someone with hearing loss.

Welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the store. Everything about the hearing tests was explained well before and during.
Purchasing was easy too with plenty of options.
Richard, the Audiologist was very helpful from start to finish and put me at ease during the tests.
Everything set up with me before leaving on day of collecting and next appointment made too.
Overall, an easy process all the way through.

The service I received was excellent,extremely friendly and very professional.However I am having problems with one of my devices it appears that it does not hold a charge for long so makes it unaffected. I have a follow up consultation on the 20th January and I will discuss the problem with audiologist.

Thorough testing. Everything explained.
Already have NHS aids. No comparison!
I could hear, but unable to tell what is being said. Had difficulty with batteries. Arthritic fingers. Will be easier.

Very pleasant experience. A great deal of care was taken by a member of staff to ensure I understood the procedure and what was needed to enhance my hearing. I am now looking forward to having my hearing aids fitted. Thank you.

Richard was very helpful and explained the aids were on a 90 day fully fefund should I not be satisfied with them.
I have tried a few different aids and for some reason don’t get on with them.
I have an appointment September 5th to see how I’m getting on with them,which I must say I’m hoping they will improve my hearing by then as I still get echos from them and still need sub titles on tv

My husband was a bit worried about his hearing test and having hearing aids for the first but when we went in and was seen by a very knowledgeable man called Richard made us feel at ease and after his test and was then fitted with the hearing aids 2 weeks later they where so comfortable to wear and he could hear everything and everyone and now my husband can now be more involved with conversation with the family,so if anyone is worried about wearing hearing aids don't be thank you Richard

Very efficient, knowledgeable staff. The service was all around great. Compassionate staff. I am enjoying my new hearing aids! It is beyond amazing to hear sounds I didn't even know I had lost.

The meeting to discuss my hearing problem was conducted by a courteous, helpful, professional gentleman who understood, completely, my needs and his profession! I had previous meetings with two other companies. This was, by far, the best.
