The staff were very pleasant and professional.I have had 3 pairs of nhs hearing aids which improved my hearing slightly,but was still bad enough to make me not understand what people were saying or listen to tv with0ut keep asking what someone had said,with my new aids all these problems are resolved,I can hear better than I have in20 years.Very pleased I bought them

Very pleasant experience

The audiologist who examined me was very thorough and talked me through my options - giving me a full picture of my hearing loss. I was able to be fitted with my preferred choice and a date for their collection and fitting. It was also good to know that I had a 90 day option to return with full refund if not happy.

Went to see Richard at Boots in Clacton with some trepidation. Hearing Aids seem like a capitulation, an admission of old age. But 'hear' I am, now realising what I have been missing. With Richards help my Tinnitus doesn't seem so loud now and I can hear high frequency sounds so much better and you can hardly see these devices.
