Excellent care and service due to a fantastic staff member.
The staff member put me at ease right from the beginning, she is so knowledgeable about the industry and the products. She is very patient and made sure I understood the instructions of use etc. She talked me through battery life and recharging, cleaning, care and day to day use. She showed me how to insert the hearing aids and what to look for if they're not in correctly. She also helped me to download the app and showed me how to use it. I had a really good experience and would highly recommend.

Hannah was very helpful and explained everything so clearly as I did not realise the extent of my hearing loss.
