I accompanied my father 89 years old for his first and subsequent appointment with Amy, I cannot praise Amy highly enough, Amy is excellent, friendly, knowledgeable & patient, we very much liked the way Amy took the time to explain things to us.
We purchased my fathers hearing aids, we are exceptionally happy with the service given by Amy.

I recently replied to an about a free 75 minute hearing test as I knew I was hard of hearing. I was examined by a delightful young lady named Samiyah, (Cheshire Oaks) She was thorough and very honest. I was given options as to which aid would suit me best. The fitting and subsequent after care was excellent. Thoroughly recommended 👌

Everything was explained fully to me from how my hearing rating was to how the hearing aids would work and the cost . I didn’t feel under any pressure to spend more than I could afford! It was great to go outside for my test session and hear everything so clearly . I like the fact that I will have regular two weekly appointments to ensure I am getting the best possible use of my hearing aids 😊

The audiologist was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She spent a lot of time with me adjusting my hearing aids until I felt the sound was right, I didn't feel rushed.

The audiologist was very informative and she put my mind at ease straight from the start. Excellent service would definitely recommend.

Advice on how the hearing aids are fitted and how to look after them was easy to understand.Audiologist very nice explained everything clearly.

Have worn a hearing aid for years but was well overdue an upgrade. Chris guided me through what was on the market since last buying one and what he recommended is absolutely life changing !!! I love it !!! Never going to be the hearing I lost but wow what a difference it has made to my life. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thanks again Chris 👍🏻

After seeing 4 audiologists (2 NHS, 2 private), on the recommendation of a friend we went to Boots Hearing Centre at Cheshire Oaks. Chris was great. Helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Thanks to him I have finally found hearing aids that work for my husband - and for me! Highly recommended.

Appointments cancelled twice by Boots. Cancellation by text and by “junior sounding “staff who gave no reason (or real apology)As I had paid £3000 plus I suspected fraud was taking place
