After 5 years of wearing NHS hearing…

After 5 years of wearing NHS hearing aids I was getting frustrated missing too much conversations so decided to invest in making the quality of my life better. An appointment with Chris have me various options and recommendations. It's only been a week but the difference is amazing, yet to try them in a pub but so far pleased with the product and servuce

Professional but personal service

Professional but personal service. Friendly and courteous approach put me at ease. Clear explanation of the procedure and useful information and advice throughout without pressure to buy a particular product. Overall a pleasant and successful experience. Ongoing help and reviews will be appreciated.

Excellent

Parking was easy especially if you're disabled. He was very welcoming and explained everything very well and I feel very positive now especially as I can hear.

From the first hearing test to buying aids

From the first hearing test to buying hearing aids.
We were looked after by Chris the Audiologist who explained everything to us, about the test he was doing and what the results meant. It was all at ease no pressure. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Cancellations X 3 on the day of the appointment

Cancelled appointments X 3 on the day of the appointment for my husband. No explanation I was told presumably sickness? Excuse before was that the audiologist was in a meeting . He later denied this and said the call centre got that wrong he was in work!
Rebooked again today but no guarantee it wont be cancelled.Of course they have the deposit for 2nd pair of £3,000 + hearing aids.

The Audiologist was knowledgeable

The Audiologist was knowledgeable, understanding and appreciated the fact that most people don’t like to wear hearing aids. Over the hour consultation he demonstrated how much hearing I had lost, identified that I was slowly isolating myself and encouraged me to walk around the store with ‘invisible’ hearing aids fitted. There was no hard sell only encouragement. Sold!
