Boots Hearingcare - Fareham レビュー 

I represent my uncle who has dementia was initially given a date in November for a review of his hearing and continued use of hearing aids provided by Boots. However, the appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for January, but this and subsequent appointments were also cancelled without providing an explanation. I went into the Fareham branch to cancel all future appointments as my uncle gets very confused with the continuous cancellations by Boots. I’ve therefore has chosen to use another provider.

Excellent service throughout. Hannah has been thoughtful, patient and most helpful with her measured advice and guidance throughout the months of the selection and fitting/tuning process. She is an absolute credit to Boots.

Everything was explained to me in a way I could easily understand. The audiologist went through how the hearing aids worked and which would be best for me, and it wasn't the dearest! I was encouraged to ask questions and felt a valued customer.

The professional approach to my consultation has been excellent with support and guidance on making the right decision.

Hannah explained everything to me step by step, I thought the examination was thorough and I was very happy with the result .Finding a hearing aid that hopefully will be a huge improvement for me is a bleessing

Phil the audiologist was simply superb .Explained everything very clearly about the different aids available and costing.I am going back this Friday to have my new aids fitted. Happy days.😊

I saw Hannah Green at Boots Hearing Care, Fareham, yesterday on 10th October 2023, and , as always she was absolutely wonderful! I am so impressed with Boots Hearing Care, and Hannah Green in particular! I am 77 years old, a retired medical doctor, and have quite severe hearing loss. The hearing aids provided by Boots are life changing, and without them I can hardly hear anybody! Hannah, as always, did extensive hearing tests, and altered my hearing aids accordingly, since my hearing has apparently deteriorated. Having lost the hearing in my left ear as a result of Menieres Disease over 10 years ago, and with no success with hearing aids I resigned myself to that as a permanent disability. I was recently recommended to try Boots Hearing and to cut a long story short, Phil, audiologist in Fareham conducted both an initial test and a full and comprehensive assesment a few days later. His professionalism, care and patience resulted in the provision of hearing aids in both ears. Phil literally changerd my life. They work; I can hear well in the damaged ear and with improvements in the other. I cannot thank him and Boots Hearingcare enough. I would highly and strongly recommend.

I was seen promptly and the lady who was dealing with my hearing was very efficient and gave me a lot of information about which hearing aid would be suitable for my needs

Phil talked us through the whole process. Was very professional and would highly recommend Boots and Phil.
