Boots Hearingcare - Hempstead Valley (World Of Hearing) レビュー 

Two reasons why I chose to use Boots Hearing at Hempsted Valley. First, personal recommendation by a family member. Secondly, a GP referral to Specsavers nearby whose 'sound proof' room allowed me to hear customers chatting outside the room! Boots Hearing testing facilities were fully isolated from the outside noise; in response to my tinnitus, the tones used were 'warbling' so I could distinguish them from tinnitus. The consultation lasted the best part of an hour, during which any questions I had were thoroughly explored and explained. Choice of hearing aid was explained clearly. The first pair of hearing aids had a hardware fault on one; both were replaced. Boots offer a no quibble 90 days to explore the hearing aids; follow-up consultations are free. I was left confident in my choice of Boots and hearing aids. I was seen by Sean who was clarity itself, professional and friendly.

I recently popped into the Gillingham Boots Hearingcare branch to have my ears evicted of what felt like several pounds of wax. I was looked after by a lovely young lady named Chloe Stokes, and honestly, she deserves a medal.

Midway through the eviction process, my body decided to dramatically overreact, and I started to come over all faint. Instead of panicking or—worse—telling me to pull myself together, Chloe swung into emergency care mode. She immediately cranked up the aircon, fetched me a glass of water, and was incredibly patient. There was absolutely zero pressure to hurry up; she just waited until my soul had firmly re-entered my body before continuing.

To top off the five-star service, once my ears were successfully deforested, she offered me a free hearing test to give my freshly cleaned lugholes a proper spin.
I left the branch with a clean bill of health, significantly less wax, and a newfound appreciation for air conditioning. Chloe is a credit to Boots—professional, kind, and brilliant under pressure. Thank you so much!

Friendly staff. Fully explained everything, from how hearing works to how things go wrong. Even managed to try a pair whilst I was there.

Hearing test process starts with screen followed by fuller test. I had an initial appointment which audiologist Jeanie Fong was able to adjust while I was there to both tests with just time for a coffee between them! She has a fabulous engaging friendly manner and a very inquisitive and careful approach to testing.

The audiologist Georgia was very detailed in explaining everything and very helpful with any questions I asked. I had a couple of issues with the hearing aids and she dealt with them professionally and efficiently. 10 out of 10 for everything

The charger was not sent with the hearing aids so had to wait a extra week then the appointment was cancelled then the right aid stopped working so had to go back then the left aid doesn't charge enough so they have to go back so that is another 2 weeks with out my aids and I have paid for them already

Staff at the Hempstead Valley branch were polite and professional. My appointment was for an hearing assessment which I found was pretty good. Geogia performed the hearing assessment and gave me all the options available. I personally found this experience very good, I would recommend this service to anyone.

Great customer service, my audiologist made me at ease, so informative and i felt individual, not a treadmill, took time to understand my needs. It is an important step for a lot of people, like me hesitant of taking this step, but I now have a new world. Thanks Boots. Staff wonderful

I was delayed due to a crash on the M2 - the staff were incredibly understanding and flexible . The test itself was a good mix of technical and practical advice. The audiologist was very professional but at the same time easy to talk to and happy to answer questions. I would definitely recommend.
