The audiologist I saw was very thorough and extremely sensitive. He had a gentle manner and explained everything very clearly. I was very reassured that
I was receiving professional help and advice.

The assistant was well-informed and sympathetic. She understood the condition that led to my hearing loss and listened to all my concerns. I didn't feel pressured to buy an expensive hearing aid. Instead, she gave me excellent advice on which type would be best for me and why.

Parisa, the audiologist, gave me as much time as I needed to choose hearing aids. I chose the most expensive model, but I didn't feel pressured into it at all.

This was a great experience everything was well explained I was not pressured into making decisions every stage of the tests was explained clearly. Being able to walk around the shop floor with a hearing aid on was great and I realised what I had been missing out on hearing. I came away happy with the decision I made was right for me. And I know I also have great aftercare with its Hearingcare while I adjust to the new hearing aid.

A customer help webpage with an 'online chat' which actually did the required business. (Very rare in my experience!)
And most important of all, my first appointment was with someone in whom I could have every confidence: a good, patient listener, she accurately assessed my needs, gave clear, specific answers to my questions and her explanations and advice were wholly convincing. I felt she was expert in her field, and that I was lucky to be in such safe hands. Subsequent appointments confirmed this impression. CJJC.

The Audiologist at Boots Kingston Branch was really helpful and caring, and made sure that I felt comfortable with my new aids and was aware of how to use them properly.

I went to Boots after a recommendation from a friend. I was examined by Parisa who was excellent! She explained very knowledgeably about hearing loss and had endless patience.

I now fully understand the cause of my hearing loss. She offered me several alternatives available and explained the differences between them and she was very personable. I was offered several types of hearing aids and given the chance to try them before making a final decision. On top of that I get points on my boots card with my purchase.

I am delighted to be able to give this review because I’ve been in a dilemma for a long time as to where to go.

I am presently trying a set of aids which come with an app for adjustment.
