I cannot recommend this service enough, I visited the Fosse Park store with my daughter on Monday for a hearing test with Shabnam. I have been wearing NHS hearing aids for many years but felt that now they are no longer suitable for me. Shabnam was so very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly that she made me feel at ease straight away. She was very thorough and conscientious, she advised me of the options and the benefits they offered without any pressure to purchase whatever. I was able to go round the store wearing some hearing aids and was amazed at the difference, I could hear my daughter talking to me and felt amazing to be able to talk back to someone. I decided immediately that I would have some and collected them yesterday. Shabnam showed me how to fit and care for them and again was just lovely. It has been fantastic because for the first time in years I was able to sit in a room with other people and be able to have a proper conversation. This is going to be so special for me going forward and I am so happy that I went through with my purchase. Thank you so much Shabnam for your wonderful service I appreciate it so very much.

I been putting off getting hearing aids for years now but I had decided to go and have a look and I had the pleasure of dealing with adeelah. She was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable making the process quick and easy. Highly recommended.

I had the most amazing team looking after me. The first young lady was Caitlin and she was able to identify that there was an issue and pointed me in the right direction. I was then referred to Faatima who fitted my heating aids. It was exceptional service from start to finish.

Shocking service experience. After having a bad experience with spec savers I decided to go to boots for a more professional service. Well all I can say is it wasn’t the best and still hasn’t been resolved, was sold a set of their top of the range hearing aids at £3500, very impressive until I was supposed to pick them up. 1st appointment was cancelled by them an hour before it supposed to go ahead, I then follow the link to re schedule and had text confirmation. I take the afternoon off work as the hearing centre at fosse park is over 20miles away. Turn up only to be told they have no record of having the appointment and there was no one there from the hearing department. The person at boots wasn’t convinced I had booked it till I showed her confirmation I had been sent.
I then called the main hearing care centre only to be told I’d either not booked it correctly or there was a system error (it’s obviously a system error if I’ve had confirmation) was then told a new appointment would be booked only to be told there isn’t an appointment available for over a week. So another half day lost of work.
Far from a great professional service at a cost of £3500

The audiologist made my experience comfortable.

The audiologist (Shabnam) was amazing with a great sense of humour and caring attitude. To us, her knowledge was outstanding and, having dealt with other companies, Boots are certainly at the top of the tree.

All members of staff have given me fantastic service. The micro-suction experience was great, and I immediately felt the benefit. The hearing tests were thorough and the advice was superb. There was no pressure to sell me the most expensive hearing aids, and the advantages of each model were outlined. The hearing aids have quite literally changed my life, and the after-care service is first class! I would definitely recommend Boots as the place to go for hearing care!

My audiologist was fantastic, she made me feel so relaxed in a situation that was quite stressful, it’s difficult to accept you have a hearing problem. She talked me through all the ins and outs of hearing aids. It was a real personal appointment; not just quoting a script to me!
