I was nervous about attending my appointment, but was immediately put at ease by Lizzie, the audiologist. She explained everything about the tests, and talked me through things as they were happening.
I felt comfortable throughout the whole process and came away feeling pleased that I have taken the first steps toward hearing clearly again.

Young lady explained everything to me and took me to the next steps in a very professional manner. Many thanks.

Excellent advice and support. The audiologist answered my questions and used her knowledge and skills to guide me through the process of choosing the most appropriate hearing aids for my needs. She explained things clearly and taught me, step by step, how to use my new aids. A perfect experience!

Excellent service from Natalie, however, let down by the people making the personal hearing aids and still not had them !!!

Visited Boots Llandudno this am to be tested by John. He carried out the test in a calming and professional manner.I was somewhat apprehensive but his clear explanation of what the test would do and how this would be achieved was excellent. Full marks for good communication skills and a professional approach.

SHE WAS VERY CLEAR WHEN EXPLAINING MY HEARING ISSUES, EXTREMELY PLEASANT INDEED.
ON MY FIRST CHECK-UP VISIT, SHE ONCE AGAIN DEVOTED HER EXPERIENCE TO A FEW LITTLE ISSUES THAT I PUT IN FRONT OF HER.

My experience having a full boots hearing check was so much better than the NHS one I had a few years ago. A student did the test, under supervision. He was so professional and respected my needs as a hard of hearing person. Everything was explained in full in a way I understood and all the options for hearing aids were discussed fully. I would highly recommend going gor a boots hearing assessment. It's free! Great service if you don't want to wait years for an NHS appointment.

My experience was made a good one by the lovely audiologist Natalie Woodward. She was very professional and made me feel at ease.The only thing I would like to see that the audiology room was larger as not a lot of room when taking a family member also.

Natalie was very patient and understanding with my husband who suffers with Alzheimer's. She went over everything slowly and gave him time to digest intructions ect.,for his hearing aids.

I was put at ease by your employee who explained the whole procedure and made sure I understood.

An excellent consultation with the audiologist in a very relaxed atmosphere. She explained everything very clearly and welcomed questions, and I left feeling very confident with my new hearing aids. I feel if I should have any problems she would deal with them very efficiently and sympathetically.
