Boots Hearingcare - Llandudno レビュー

My experience was made a good one by the lovely audiologist Natalie Woodward. She was very professional and made me feel at ease. The only thing I would like to see that the audiology room was larger as not a lot of room when taking a family member also.

Natalie was very patient and understanding with my husband who suffers with Alzheimer's. She went over everything slowly and gave him time to digest intructions ect.,for his hearing aids.

I was put at ease by your employee who explained the whole procedure and made sure I understood.

An excellent consultation with the audiologist in a very relaxed atmosphere. She explained everything very clearly and welcomed questions, and I left feeling very confident with my new hearing aids. I feel if I should have any problems she would deal with them very efficiently and sympathetically.

The audiologist, Natalie was brilliant during both my appointments. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, explained everything in great detail. Natalie was also helpful in my selecting the hearing aids I purchased.

Excellent customer service

First class experience with this very detailed hearing test. The lady that did the test is a credit to Boots.
Convinced me that I will really benefit from the hearing aids on offer.

Natalie at the boots in llandudno hearing is absolutely brilliant. Fantastic service, explained everything and no rushing. Definitely reccomend visiting her to resolve hearing difficulties.

Boots Hearing Centre was originally recommended to me by an acquaintance & I have been a very satisfied customer for the last 10 years. I visit the Llandudno branch & my lovely audiologist, Natalie, has been a constant source of support & advice & I cannot thank her enough. I love the Boots aftercare service which is second to none & the comfort of always being able to have Natalie oversee my journey with Boots as my needs change over the years; it gives me great confidence & reassurance & I would like to say a big thank you to Boots & Natalie.

Very professional service
Very professional service. They were very thorough. Also tried really hard to put me at ease as I was anxious about needing hearing aids. They went over and above to get them and fit them. Even the call centre were super professional. I can’t praise them enough and I’m pleased I went along as I can now hear so much better.

very Profesional and helpful Audiologist.

Boots hearing care have been fantastic with supporting my Nan! I have been struggling at times to differentiate between what she can comprehend and what she can’t hear, Natalie at Llandudno boots has been an absolute star!! She knows the full ins and outs and my Nan has got amazing hearing aids now which help her so much and have helped me identify where there are problems. She has been amazing and compassionate towards my Nan and very trustworthy. She’s getting regular hearing support aswell which my Nan did not get with the NHS and these hearingaids are fitted to her ears rather than than NHS ones which are a general fit. Thank you so much!

The Boots audiologist made the whole process very clear.

Very personable staff. Everything was explained very well. Lots of helpful options offered. An enjoyable experience.
