Clear information on each steps of hearing test and what happens next

The initial test was comprehensive and I purchased a pair of Phonak aids. My next appointment was 3 weeks, during that time I had nothing but issues with one of the devices not connecting to my phone and continually falling out of my ears. Needless to say was not pleased and they were no better than my NHS ones. I was promptly given a refund, I’m now back to finding some rechargeable aids that fit from another supplier.

This was my first hearing assessment and I was very impressed with the service and advice that I was given. The Audiologist, Agnieszka Slowik, was outstanding in both her knowledge and care. I feel that I have been assisted to make the correct decisions and I will have no hesitation in returning for further appointments.

I would have given 5 stars but there was a problem with the hearing aids and that means I have to make another trip into town. I cannot fault the young lady that dealt with me and definitely do not blame her for the problem.

This was my 2nd hearing test as, after being diagnosed with a 'moderate' hearing loss by a local independent hearing test centre, where I was quoted between £5-6K for hearing aids, when I suggested that I needed time to think and to discuss such a large outlay with my husband I never heard from them again.
The Boots technician was attentive, skilled and helpful and offered aids at a far more reasonable price - and with 24 months interest free credit.

The experience I had with the Boots hearing department was excellent. The advisor explained the whole procedure fully and carried out each test professionally. He helped me choose the hearing aids best for me without being pushy.

The test was well prepared and all the explanations were very clear. I was made to feel comfortable and it was a very relaxed environment and I felt that I was given a suitable number of options

The audiologist was lovely. Very thorough. Explained the different types of hearing aids available, I then made my choice. Aga explained how they worked, fitted them, set them up to connect to my phone and most of all, ensured that they were comfortable and I was happy with them. Great service, Thank you Aga.

Overall,pleased with service .However,no choice of different makes of hearing aid as shown in their brochure.
