My consultant understood my hearing issues and was able to offer a solution within my budget.

The audiologist was lovely. Very thorough. Explained the different types of hearing aids available, I then made my choice. Aga explained how they worked, fitted them, set them up to connect to my phone and most of all, ensured that they were comfortable and I was happy with them. Great service, Thank you Aga.

Overall,pleased with service .However,no choice of different makes of hearing aid as shown in their brochure.

The purchase and explanation went very well.
Fitting the product is difficult. Each morning after several failed attempts help was needed.
Whilst being worn the right ear stabiliser continually came loose and irritated the skin.

I have had many hearing tests in my time. In the military (25 years), and in the Police Force as a firearms officer. However this one at Boots has been the most in depth and well explained so far. I understand that technically things have improved and the test was customer focused. I was not in the queue waiting for my test, but Mr. Abbas Akram explained the procedure and findings in detail, giving me a better understanding of my particular situation. Thank you :-).

Why does a pair of aids of aids cost 6 times the cost of a motor lawn mower I was looking at? Having said that I am pleased with them and Boots sale helped along with interest free finance which was key. The audiologist, Mr Akram was excellent and the after care promises to be good.

Second appointment after Boots cancelled the previous one without adequate explanation.
Appointment was to choose and buy hearing aids. All went well, we were well informed and all questions answered. No pressure to buy and good advice on the most suitable aid.

The hearing review was conducted politely and professionally. No unreasonable pressure to purchase so I decided to go ahead.

The hearing test was carried out very efficiently, it was explained to me what to expect during some aspects of the test. The available hearing aids on offer were gone into enabling me to make an informed choice.

I wanted to write a positive review because so many I write are negative and it is nice to get a proper positive experience from a company.

I went to get my hearing tested with a view tio purchasing new hearing aids. I had the comprehensive extended test with audiologist Baz at Maidstone, Everything was great no fuss, no judgement, just a thoroughly professional service and I came out of there with new found hearing, I heard the rain hitting the pavement for the first time in years.

I went with the Phonak aids which seem to be perfect for the job, lots of options and the quality of the sound, being an audiophile, is off the scale good. For the job they are meant for they are perfect. The fact I get lots of other functionality like bluetooth streaming etc is brilliant.

So thank you Boots for an excellent session this morning and I'm looking forward to the follow up visit to fine tune everything once I've had a chance to test drive them.

The appointment was on time, the hearing specialist made everything crystal clear and gave me confidence to be honest about my hearing difficulties.

Went for a full hearing test as suffering with tinnitus. Everything was explained fully and all available options were discussed. Felt confident I was making the right decision on hearing aids.

Bas was kind, calm, and informative. I was nervous but I has no need to be.
